Weapon Name: Lord of Rejection

Description: The blade is a large European double edged long sword. It's around six foot long and eight inches wide. The outer shell of the blade is made from seastone, so it's a blueish green in color. Even though it's seastone, the blade is sharp thanks to loads of work going into it while it was being hollowed out. The blade is somewhat hollow inside. This gives it enough room for three chambers in which three different dials are placed. The blade is much to heavy for an average person to use little lone wield. In the first chamber nearest to the hilt, a rejection dial is situated. This dial absorbs all impacts the moment it hits the blade. This chamber is sealed off, except for the trigger mechanism that leads to the handle. In the second and middle chamber a heat dial is placed. This dials takes in high thermal energy that may effect the sword. The second chamber is also sealed off except for the trigger. Finally the last chamber contains an ax dial. This chamber has an opening that leads to an open slit up the sides of the blade. The final chamber is obviously not sealed off and also has a trigger mechanism on the handle. On the hilt of the sword two more items create a saving grace for the users. On the hilt, a hand-grip that ate the gomu gomu no mi, protects the user by adsorbing the energy released backwards when, the rejection dial is used. It also provides a great grip for the user. The second and last protective item for the user is a simple impact dial. On the bottom of the hilt, a impact dial is used to take in whatever energy doesn't get taken in by the gomu hand-grip.

Weapon Special Abilities: Other than the devil fruit canceling powers of the seastone. The sword is also very strong, seeing as seastone is the strongest known substance in the One Piece world. With the inner rejection dial in the first chamber, the sword is all but indestructible to blunt force damage. The heat dial protects the sword from even the highest of temperatures. That is if seastone even melts as it's a substance that appears to be similar to diamond. Lastly the ax dial protects the sword from chipping away during clashes with other blades. All three of the dials can also release their respective "force". This makes it a great sword for offence as well as defense.

History: The sword was made over 800 years prior to the beginning of the series. It was made to protect the texts that existed from the Blank Era. Working together, warriors from Skypiea along with warriors from the Steel Village protected what was left the history from the Blank Era. Many groups rose up to protect their history, from the new threat. However most of the said groups were easily crushed by the might of the World Government. Few groups like the Steel Village survived more than for the next 100 years. Only a handful of the groups survived the remaining 700 years. The groups only survived by going into hiding on unpopulated and or harsh environments. Thanks to the first 100 years of war after the blank era, many great weapons were made. The smaller the amount of surviving groups the less of the weapons survived.

This particular weapon was made by combing the Steel Village's resource of seastone and the Skypian groups dials. It took many years for the smiths to build the weapon. However before the sword could be used by the rebelling forces it was confiscated. Used against it's rightful wielders, it claimed the lives of many of the Steel Village and Skypians it was built to protect. After years of war the sword was eventually reclaimed by the Steel Village. However this was not before it destroyed the Skypian ground and nearly did the same to the Steel Village. In the remained years the sword was used to protect the Steel Village from outside attack. Soon the Steel was forced into hiding in order to survive.

In the 700 years since, the Steel Village has passed the blade onto the next village elder. The sword was only ever used in the most dire of situations as to not draw attention to it. Thanks to the Steel Village the sword was preserved and kept in their possession. This was until the village was ultimately destroyed around four years prior. After that the blade has been in possession of the one of the sole survivors of Steel Village indecent. By chance the man was also the likely choice for village elder after his father. The man was none other than Iken Namikaze.

well then it can hardly be approved, because the recoil problem still exists, a single reject dial can shatter an arm, not just the blade but also the user would suffer damage, also the added durability of seastone is laughable at best because boa handcock kicked Smoker's seastone Jutte in half...

I have addressed your concerns about it hurting the user by adding a gomu gomu hand grip and a impact dial that is used to taken in "garbage" energy.

As far as Boa breaking the jutte, well she had haki plus the jutte was tipped with seastone.
