Capabilities: The user gains the ability to produce and control a seemingly endless supply of dust. Those caught in the dust will begin choking if they attempt to breathe it, along with blurred vision and possible sneezing, if they are alergic. In addition to this, the user is able to breathe and see perfectly well no matter how dusty the area, allowing them to stand in a massive dust storm, unaffected by the environmental choking hazards.
