Appearance: 6foot6 210lbs Chef is tall and skinny with dark tan skin and delicate features he has Long violet hair that is pulled back into 3 Chinese style blades his eyes are amber colored though they are usually hidden behind black triangular shades. On duty Raj wears a gold sleeveless chef’s jacket beneath a white apron that reads "Food is love" (糧食是愛) in golden characters across the chest of it. He wears a golden toque. Raj wears purple Chinese style pants with blue tiger stripes. He wears white socks and Tai Chi shoes. The "Mumbai Twins" are usually tucked into his apron strings and His "Chef's knifes are strapped in their leather sheaths crossing the small of his back attached to a tight belt that is hidden by his apron . Off duty he can usually be found in simple black silk lounge pants a floor length coat of red silk decorated with peacock feather patterns the collar is lined in red fur. He wears a pair of simple leather sandals when not on duty. And a simple headband of blue fabric with red Chinese letters saying “kiss the cook” (接吻的庫克).

History: Rajah Bombay was orphaned at an early age and was taken in by the master of a Mu Tai paired dojo from the time he could walk he was trained in mastery of the Mu tai style and his choice of weapon the dual scimitar, at the age of eight he befriended the son of a local chef and fell in love with this boy whose name was Emilio Bombay together every second they could they learned from the chef and trying out new recipes on each other this continued until they were 14 when the boy died of a mysterious illness. Rajah was devastated after grieving for his friend he spent one more year learning all he could from his adopted father and Emilio’s before finally setting sail to feed the world and sample its flavors. Two years later during a brief and dangerous stopoff on Kuja island, the young chef encountered an Injured snake weapon cobra though he knew it was risky he nursed the injured creature back to health and the snake quickly bonded to him he spent 4 days on Kuja doing his best to avoid the natives, when he left the island Nagina as she came to be known came with him and has been traveling with Rajah ever since. Rajah traveled around the world anywhere he could competing in cooking competitions and various martial arts competitions to gain money eventually saving enough commission the building of the Paddle-steamer the Naga Bombay an ocean going restaurant as traveling the world and experiencing rare and delicious new recipes and ingredients was one of their mutual dreams The Naga Bombay shares the name of both its Current and Head Chef Rajah Naga and his first love Emilio Bombay. The staff of the restaurant is made up of fighting cooks unique individuals who have either been found by or flocked to the Naga Bombay were they can cook and live accepted and appreciated. Currently Rajah is still sailing the seas and finding new chefs and delicacies feeding pirates and marines as well as normal customers.


Personality: Chef “Raj” is caring flamboyant and in most aspects a “mother hen” to the members of his crew he knows everyone has their sad stories and has heard many of them. Rajah loves the sea and cooking; “Raj” is a caring individual and loves polite people with big appetites though he is a skilled fighter he would rather not take a life needlessly. Raj is an Okama he loves handsome young men and pretty girls though he prefers men. “Raj” calls everyone Love, Hun, sweetie, or in honorfic –chan though only people in his crew or people he grows very close to are referred to as his “babies”. Rajah is a fiercely loyal friend and is somewhat of a parental figure to many of those on his staff which is built up of fighting cooks strong enough to give pirates pause for thought when they attempt to raid the Naga Bombay. The Naga Bombay and the staff of cooks and waiters there are Rajah’s treasures and family and he will lay down his life to protect both.
Though he is sweet good humored and even comical at times Raj is quite wise and a strong fighter. His crew can come to him freely for advice or talk to him if something is bothering them.
“Raj” is quite knowledgeable about world events and the major players of the world both pirates and marines are free to dine in the Naga Bombay but lord help them if they damage the place. Rajah truly hates desperate hunger he believes it is blight on the world; he absolutely refuses to let someone starve if it is within his power to prevent it regardless of who that person may be.

Mu Tai: Growing up in a Paired style Dojo he trained from an early age in this particular martial art though he left the dojo at 15 to avoid having to take over

Super human senses: Chefs sense of smell and taste are far beyond that of a normal human being because he primarily depends on them for his career and his own pleasure

Master swordsman: Various weapons styles were paired with the Mu Tai in the dojo were Chef “Raj” grew up as such he has practiced his Mastery of the scimitar along with the mu tai since he could hold a sword and is still practicing to this day

Ambidextrous: Chef is natural ambidextrous he trained to use both of his hands equally in combat and fencing as well as in the kitchen

Superior strength: years of training in the martial arts and daily exorcise have given “Raj” near super human strength making his attacks more dangerous strikes strong enough to crack stone

Learned Techniques:

• #1.Cleaving slash: The user brings down the dual scimitars at either a diagonal or Vertical angles attempting to cleave the opponent in quarters

• #3.Blurry Blade: using a strange fighting stance user moves their blades at high speed making his swords appear blurry and hard to see
• #4. Knock back Kick! Uses right leg to kick opponents chest knocking them back
• #5. Dual Samurai! A double sword drawing technique so powerful that it can split large obstacles in half by drawing both swords and sheathing them quickly.
• #6. Kitchen Shears: the user crosses his Scimitars blades facing toward each other and slashing in opposite directions like a pair of razor sharp scissors
• #7. Pealing slices: a series of rapid slices in a circular pattern attempting to slice ribbons of flesh away from the victim
• #8. Scissor-lock block: by crossing the twin scimitars to block a vertical strike the user locks the opponents blade in place if the pressure on the two blades is let up on the user swings the blades to the sides in a (see below)
• #10.dual side slashes! A series of horizontal sword slashes that are powerful enough to cut apart a small building. Or horizontal slashes aimed for the ribs or flank of the opponent

Admin in all honesty he is just using the pic to show how the glasses look on him. There are a ton of characters who look similar to others on this site including one of my own though he is dead now whom looked a bit like Luffy. I think this should be approved.
