Appearance: Axel stands about 5'2 with a short skinny stature still being very young. He wear a white bucket hat on top of his head. Underneath his hat, his red hair is cut in a mohawk. There is also a pair of headphones underneath his hat covering his two ears. He has brown sort of tannish skin. Axel has two black lines under his eyes. He has a nose piercing done. Axel has on orange short sleeved t-shirt with his own personal smiley with five chains wrapped around it. He has three tatoos on his arms. One on his left, one on his right, and one on his chest. The left one carries on the name of his mother. The right contains the dates where she born and died. On his chest contains two words "Never Forgotten". Axel's pants are black with a total of ten chains hanging from his pants pockets.

History: The whole Bass clan was born on Fiesta island. Fiesta island was nothing more than an lawless pirate port with nothing but bars and graveyards. That was until Big Daddy Bass, the patriarch of the bass family, spent their entire fortune on a music studio. Big Daddy played and recorded music using den den mushis to send his music world wide. He began to gain a name for himself, while also making a lil money in advertising. The success of studio was bringing brought more businesses to the island. Soon singers, musicians, and Djs began coming to the island hoping to play their music under Big Daddy's studio. Big Daddy didn't charge them a cent, but only asked that he could publish their music under his studios name. The studio became a hit making small time musicians into celebrites. Big Daddy and his wife, Mama Sax soon began a family with Sax, Opera, Sangjo, Trumbet, and last Axel. The money that the studio pulled in caused the island to change. Now respectable business popped up, and a police force was established. There were still pirates all over the place, but they came to respect Big Daddy's reputation. Soon for the most, Fiesta island remained relatively stable. Growing up, Axel was largely ingored by the family of musicians. Sax was the director of the company who orgainized the business, Opera was their daddy's assistant, Trumbet was the recruitment agent for the studio. Only Sangjo and Axel himself were the only ones who didn't care about the business. Sangjo wanted to be a pirate, while Axel didn't what he wanted to do. Nonetheless the two became close despite the nine years difference. Sangjo eventually became to sail for a life of piracy at of 12 leaving the family behind. Axel began to get lonely after that only find comfort in playing his violin or playing with Mama Sax. His older brothers and sisters were too busy running the studio with their father. Only his mother seemed to be avaible for him. They would spend the day singing, talking, shopping, and just being there for each other. That was until Mama Sax died from a heart attack. Everybody in the entire island came to the funeral, but nobody was hurt more than Axel who had lost not only a mother but his only friend. His life changed after that. Axel then started acting out instead of being ingored by the rest of the family. He got tattos, cut his hair, and began wearing questionable clothes. Things didn't get any better when Big Daddy got remarried a few months later to an 18 year old woman. When he read a newspaper about Iken's becoming a yonkou,Axel read about that Sangjo was part of his crew. It was then Axel decided to also become a pirate just like his big brother. At the age of 14, Axel began to train himself to become a pirate. He wasn't physical fit to learn any know martial arts and wasn't skilled enough to learn a weapon. All Axel had was a strong will and determination. He finally found a dojo where he could learn a fighting style, Life return. Axel had to endure three years of hard endure learning to control his body. Despite being so young, Axel learned how to use life return. He only learned how to control his hair, and didn't even learn how to master it(he loses control when distracted or frightened.) Axel began to pick fights with traveling pirates becoming in his eyes of vigilante. To much of the annoyance of the police, they tolarated axel behavior due to being Big Daddy's son. Big Daddy and his step mam scolded Axel for being a trouble like his brother Sangjo. Axel didn't pay them any mind though. In his mind, Axel was only preparing himself to become a pirate and live free without any rules. 'Nobody understoods me. Nobody except for big brother.' Axel said to himself. He also developed a crush on a girl named tammy. Unlike Sangjo though, Axel was extremely shy and never asked her out. It wasn't long before some other boy did, and Axel missed his chance. Axel then remembered how sangjo handled women and began acting like a pervert. Smooth talking to women, peeping in public restrooms, and even fake drowning to get women to kiss him. Axel had over a hundred counts of sexual harassment and sexual assault for which his parents again had to bail him out. Axel eventually decided that he should form his own pirate crew. He wasn't happy here and wanted to get away. A crew full of misfits and cast away just like him who wanted a better life for themselves. He had heard of a legendary island of women called Amazon Lily from the tales of local pirates. Axel decided that that would be his goal of being an pirate

Personality: Axel is a cheerful yet easily angered young man. He shows a rebellious attitude against authority. Axel is very rude and doesn't care who he insults overconfident in his abilities, despite that he is young and weak in comparsion with other pirates of the grand line. Axel is quick to pick fights with anybody despite how many or how powerful they are. He is actually a coward despite the show he puts on people. Axel would not think twice about running away if the situation is against him. Axel is also very ingorant in the ways of sea still only being a rookie. He gets sea sick, thinks bounties show the strength of a character, and gets lost easily. Axel is an pervert that equals to if not surpasses Sangjo. He doesn't hesitate to harass women, despite their status or power. Whether they are marines, pirates, or nobles Axel will try to court them. Axel has great admiration for his brother, Sangjo, and tries to be like him. Axel also has a lonely side not finding anybody to call a friend or a companion, so he grow quite attached easily to people he calls friend. Axel carries resentment for the other family members though, particularly his dad for remarrying and forgetting Mama Sax. He dislikes them for ingoring him in the past, and acts very violently when thinking about them. In contrast, Axel acts very emotionally when thinking about his mother who he cherished very deeply.

Special Abilities:
Life Return: Axel is able to control his hair manipulating it into many shapes, sizes, styles, and uses. Axel only has minor control of this technique. He loses control when his concentration is gone.

Learned Techniques (Keep it 1-25):
1) Entanglement: Forms tentacles with locks of hair to grab/hold the opponent rendering them unable to move.

2) Constriction: Pulls the opponent limbs away from each other using hair tentacles. This attack could litterally rip a person apart if not released in 5 pots.

3) Bone Crusher: Wraps the opponent around tentacles squeezing the air from them. If not released in 5 posts this technique will crush the opponents bones.

4) Battering Ram: Forms a fist with his hair and sends a punch toward the opponent.

5) Furious Fists of Fury: Forms multiple fists with hair launching them at the same time
