Raihin Raihin no mi

Fruit name: Raihin Raihin no mi (Guest Guest fruit)

Fruit ability: Allows the user to summon a large black "guest registry" book, as well as 3 runic style "stickers". when a persons name is written in the book with their own blood, the user of the book can teleport the person whos name was written into the book to 1 of the 3 designated runes. The runes can only be moved if they are taken from the previous spot and physically moved to another spot by the user. The book can also be used as a weapon or shield, since it is extremely hard and sturdy, but it is not advisable. (basically, id have to draw blood from the enemy and then take the time to write their name, assuming i know it, into the registry book, as well as a corresponding number 1/2/3 to send them to the first, second, or third runic sticker)

Fruit ability(Irrational's alternate idea): A Book ate the raihin raihin no mi, and now, so long as someones name is written in their own blood, they will be teleported to 1 of 3 set locations based on the corresponding sticker. *same idea, but a devil fruit weapon instead*

Type: Paramecia

I believe this would be better suited as a weapon that ate a fruit that gave similar powers. You may want to split it up like that.

hmm you think? well lemme throw my idea at you though...

i wanted this devilfruit for a marine, so she can teleport criminals to like impel down, and be able to teleport herself to her ship or marine HQ, something like that... is the idea for the fruit ok though? if you think i should throw it into a book and make it a weapon, i can edit it a bit to do so.

It would be fine to create a fruit that allows for teleportation, but there would have to be some restrictions. Perhaps the user could teleport only themselves and what they are touching or another restriction on use. I say this because the ability to just teleport someone to another location would be highly overpowered when you consider how it could be used.

his limitation is he has to use their blood, and he can only choose 3 locations
and i think having the book "Eat" the devil fruitis a much better idea, gives it the "treasured ancient relic" kinda feel

but um, so the fruit is going to be for a DF weapon then, but its all the same, and yea, the limitation is i have to use the blood of the person that im teleporting

bump, so my fruit isnt forgotten, yet to be approved, though the weapon that USES the fruit was approved, not sure how that works
