Appearance: Scraggly brown hair, with a cute and innocent looking face. always has a big smile. wears a suit and tie that are a couple sizes too big for him, a pair of black gloves, and a pair of goggles

History: At the age of 6 Dirk was given a small pellet gun by his father, who took him outside to shoot some cans, at first, the small boy hit maybe 3 or 4 of the cans from 15 feet away, but Dirk had an amazing amount of fun every time he pulled the trigger of that small gun and heard the "PING!" of a pellet hitting a can. So day after day, year after year, Dirk would practice with that rifle, till the day he entered a shooting contest at the age of 12. He had to shoot 25 moving targets from 100 paces in 2 minutes. the record for the tournament so far thus, had been all 25 targets in 1:46. Dirk took aim, and started firing, as fast as he could hitting target after target, until every target had been knocked over... the judges, sat in amazement, as the little boy had demolished the previous record, with all 25 targets knocked down in only 0:53. The boy was noticed by a wandering man, who asked to talk to him, of course with his father permission. the 3 sat down, and the man asked the boy if hed like to go out to sea and meet other strong people who were well gifted in firearms, the boy gleefully said, "Yes! that'd be great!" and as he looked up to his father, he noticed something quite peculiar... Dirks fathers face was twisted in horror... the man noticed this and immediatley grasped the fathers hands, and begged him not to say anything, that he wasnt a bad man and did not deserve his bounty, no matter how high it may be. The man screamed, "HELP! ITS ALEXA-" but stopped, not BECAUSE he had changed his mind, or because the stranger had done anything to him... but because he was having a heart attack, purely from overexcitement. the stranger immediatley knocked over the table they had been sitting at and lied the father down on his back, starting emergency care for him, until the father was able to breath easily again, and was alright to move. The father sat up, and asked the stranger, "Why... why did you save me? i was about to turn you in to the officials, and yet... you stayed here and saved my life." The stranger now known as Alexander D. Eden simply replied, "I cannot stand the sight of people dying, be they good or bad, i will treat them to the best of my abilities. Isn't that what a doctor should do?" and still standing next to still shaken father with stars in his eyes, Dirk looked at his father and asked again, "Please father! hes not a bad man! Cant you tell? Please let me go with him! i want to see the world!" The father, seeing how set his son was set on this adventure agreed to it, however he wanted his son to have a good suit to wear, since hed be representing Rongushotto Island, so he gave Dirk one of his older suits (though it didnt fully fit him) and they set off to the great sea.

Personality: Fun-loving and outgoing, the little guy is always up for adventure and knows no fear, always curious and willing to get his hands dirty, but not his suit, since it was his fathers.

Ship Name: Last Drag
Ship Flag: Black Pirate flag with a cigarette laying horizontal at the bottom of the flag, the smoke coming from the right side of the cigarette forms into a skull and crossbones made of smoke. the Right eye of the skull is a clock with no hands.

Special Abilities: Nimble fingers, Prodigious Accuracy (accurate within 2 inches at 1000 yards), Eagle Sight

Learned Techniques:
1. Snipe (snipe at a part of the body, i will list the body parts and the causes of being shot there)
a. Snipe arm (aiming at the shoulder, severing the muscles attached to the shoulder, the person becomes unable to move their arm)
b. Snipe leg (aiming at the knee, incapacitates the users leg, limiting their speed as well as the ability "soru")
c. Snipe chest (aiming at the enemies chest Dirk will shoot at the persons lungs. If he hits a lung, the targets movements become sluggish, and it becomes difficult to breath.)
d. Snipe stomach (If shot in the stomach, the target will go through an immense amount of pain, and will need immidiate medical attention or he will risk losing his life.)
2. Quick reload (Having double jointed fingers in both hands allows Dirk to reload his rifle incredibly fast, needing only about 2 seconds between each shot.)
3. Kawaii (being the cute little kid that he is, he takes advatage of that and uses it in battle... only the most battle hardened and bloodthirsty pirates could dare attack Dirk while using all of his "charms")
4. Hide and seek (being the sniper and therefor longrange attacker he is, if Dirk sees someone coming at him, he can run and find a hiding spot somewhere nearby so the enemy wont find him)
5. Gunpowder bomb (wraps gunpowder in a small cloth and the lights the tip of the cloth on fire, throwing it, creates a small explosion that can hurt people with the force of it, but is mainly a smoke bomb[no shrapnel so no real damage])
6. Falcon bomb (Dirk gives a gunpowder bomb to sora, and Sora Dives at the enemy with a lit gunpowder bomb launching it at them at over 100 mph at a downward angle "/")
7. Homing Bullet (Sora dives at an enemy at full speed using shigan to pierce the body of an enemy) "maybe i should name it falcon punch? =P"
8. Falcon 1000 Raining Blades (Using its wings, Sora can generate rankyaku from high in the air and send a barrage of rankyaku's at the enemy)

Weapons / Items: Sora (Talking Falcon), Gunpowder bombs, Long-Barrel Black Powder Rifle, and a small bird whistle to call sora.

Goals: To travel the world and meet new people, find strong snipers to learn from, and to help Alexander D. Eden who saved his dad's life (even though hes the one that endangered it in the first place)

How would anyone know that a sniper had them in there sites?

the kids 12 anyways, he doesnt go for lethal shots, hence the reason why he doesnt have headshot (cheeeeap) he just mainly goes for debilitating shots. the most lethal thing he has is shooting the stomach, which if the person retreats, they can easily survive with medical attention, plus, thats kinda the point, but hes 12, with no DF, so if you close the gap, hes pretty much screwed

Admin-sama, you're gunna hate me for this, but can i make it so dirk just understands the caws and screeches the bird makes? as in like a owner can sort of understand what a dog wants when it barks in a certain way. i just dont know if i have the patience to make dialouge for 3 different character...

why would I hate you? Sano Luna dose that with his bat Hayato, because they grew up together, it's fine

oh and just so you know you CANT change your bounty ever and all pirates must have a bounty

so no matter what you do your bounty doesnt rise? and Dirk is a pirate, but hes so new nobody knows about him

you DO have to give him one, at leist 50, I mean PETS of pirates have 50

slanderous against the choppah! but anywho, eventually considering they are pirates, i was planning on having them adventure in a way that would increase their bounties... but you just said bounties dont increase... and im curious, even though my main goal is to attack the tenryuubito, what if i actually take them down, will my bounty remain at 22,550,000?
