Capabilities: The Wah Wah No Mi is kinda like the Pika Pika No Mi ( Current user Kizaru ) the only difference is the the Wah Wah No Mi doesnt turn you into a shimmer man, Wah Wah No mi turns you in to a water man, In simple terms the fruits powers allows the user to be able to manipulate any part of his body into water or materialize it into a specific shape as the user wishes, For example, Your arm to your hand, Being forged into a sword an example of this would be half the arm plus the hand liquidating taking on the form of the specific object that the user wants it to be, A A sword would merely be done like this, the chosen body part liquidates it self taking on a new form, once you have the chosen form you want the water to take it, The water it self can solidify making the outer parts of the newly forged sword arm hard on the out side, but the inside completely made of water hence the fruit Wah Wah No Mi.

That is entirely true also the Japanese word for water is Mizu "wah wah" might have come up under a search engine or some online translater but it is most likely english romanized with a Japanese accent or "Engrish" as some anime fans call it.
