Rivals and Freinds Flashback (with Kyren Antler Only)

As the dust cleared Kenzo's saw the Vice Admiral on the floor breathing he had experienced Saizo's power before when he attacked them and imprisoned his Captain. As an assassin it was always a handy to understand an enemies ability and Saizo's bomu bomu devil fruit was one he had to be careful of as it allowed him to explode any part of his body and for good measure thrown in he had a jutteblade to battle with.

Kenzo stretched his hands out straight and turned his arms into blades using his Supa Supa No Mi. Kenzo knew touching Saizo would cause in him attacking with an explosion but the only other way he could attack was with his jutteblade. he knew the perfect way to attack this man. Kenzo walked towards him breaking parts of the wall away with his muscular body. Kenzo smiled at Saizo and hunched over he knew just what to do.

"You might remember I used to be a Marine Saizo."
Using soru which he had learnt during his brief spell in the Marines Kenzo sped towards and past Saizo with his blades out and planning on slicing through his torso.

Kyren saw Kenzo dashing towards Saizo and looked down to the bucket it was nearly full just a few more seconds and it would be full then he could attempt his plan.
"Just a few seconds more!" called Kyren as he looked at Kenzo attacking Saizo and hoped he would be alright.

the commodore grinned "oh come now that old trick Kenzo" he chuckled and widned his eyes as the assassin stepped on a patch of blood that had leaked out of the bandage during his first attack " CHIBOMU"(bloodbomb) the blood around the assassins feet went up in a thunderous explosion as the commodore moved out of the way coating the blade of his jutte with the easily volatile readying himself to counter with the now much more dangerous weapon.

Kenzo managed to avoid the explosion due to using soru but missed Saizo, he stood still and looked backover his shoulder at him coating his blade and shook his head. he knew that using that his weapon now could explode on impact. Kenzo wasn't going down so easily and knew that since his body was made of blades it was incredibly unlikely for him to be harmed by what he planed next.

Using the strength in his left arm Kenzo swung his arm around in a quick slash not aiming for Saizo at all but something else. As his arm swung around and sliced through the only pillar holding up the roof of this roof He drew his arm down towards his side and stood tall and strong anything which hit him would simply be cut as for everyone else he couldn't quite say.

Kyren saw the roof rushing down to greet him and dropped the bucket spilling the water. "Shit!" he screamed as the roof came crashing down over him. The roof over Saizo was collapsing quickly too and the walls crumbled blocking any exits there was next to no way of avoiding this attack as if Saizo blew up some of the rubble it the rubble of that would still fall down onto him and give Kenzo enough time to attack him.

Kyren was crushed beneath some rubble, he rolled pushed it up enough for himself to crawl out, he could feel his chest and back hurting badly from the stab into his chest. He had blood staining his denim jacket and removed it.

Kyren stood up from the rubble coughing and looked at Kenzo standing there perfectly still and absolutely fine.
Uninjured from the roof falling down.

All that was heard from the vice admiral was "Crap" as the roof came plummeting towards him. He growled ant tossed the now volatile jutte at the assassin and punched upward doing his best to to save himself from further damage but to no avail as he was pinned by a falling beam he managed to fish out his pistol letting the blood from the now open shoulder wound to prepare one last ditch effort to save himself and his friend.

Kenzo saw the blade coming his way and as the rubble and dust cleared he leant to the side and narrowly avoided it. The smallest amount of blood managed to splatter over his right arm but Kenzo didn't think much of this and looked down at Sazio caught under the beam. He took a few steps towards him and sharpened his right arm and looked down at Sazio smirking.

"You imprison my Captain I get my revenge." Kenzo drew his arm back ready to stab Saizo through the head with his arm killing him. As he brought his arm down at such great speed standing just out of reaching distance of Saizo, his arm turned back to normal and instead of slicing down through Saizo's head and killing him a simple strong punch to the head would land.

Back at the bar Kyren had noticed the taps where still working and grabbed the water tap and pointed it towards Kenzo, turning the tap all the way water fired out towards both Kenzo and Saizo nullifying their devil fruit abilities.

Kyren then smirked, and left the tap firing out quickly at them both and removed his scalpels. Breathing heavily and with his chest aching he used his Fist Blade technique to dig his scalpels into Kenzo's lower back and punched them in between every bone in his back popping the platelets and breaking his spinal cord, reliving him of life and saving Saizo.

Kenzo froze for a split second before falling to his knees right in front of Saizo breathing heavily. He looked at the marine before him then collapsed sprawled flat out on the floor. Kyren looked down at Saizo breathing heavily and felt his own wound it was deep and life threatening if he didn't get an medical attention soon. The adrenaline had stopped the injury hurting him so much but now it was taking its toll on him.

"Any chances us finding a doctor?" he asked Saizo in a joking tone.

the marine grimaced as the fist hit his already aching face. He blinked in surprise a fist? Then he felt the water flowing over him. realizing he was a little further out of danger he gave a grim smile seeing the assassin fall quite the impressive young man I've met. He attempted to to shift some of the rubble off of himself and shakily rose to his feet approaching the younger man and using his still good arm to wrap under the others ribs helping him keep his feet. Before exploding with laughter at the others comment "boy aren't we a mess a doctor and a patient that both need a doctor" he supported the other as much as he could as he heard the approach of boot thuds he sighed with relief that it was a squad of marines an a medical officer "About damn time you lazy dogs here" he arched his head in the direction of Kyren "this civilian is wounded you will see to him first" He let the others take Kyren carefully and the allowed his own wounds to be dressed and cleaned as he supervised the medical officer begin to care for his injured friend.

Kyren was happy to see Marine approach instead of another enemy and smiled at Saizo's comment. "I've not really been in a fight before, so that was new to me, but I must admit, its handy knowing that I can hold my own." As the Marine medical officer led Kyren off he was grateful for this and found tiredness taking hold, his eyes wanted to shut and his chest stung.

He was losing blood and feeling weak, but wasn't about to let himself die just yet. "I hope your a good doctor" he said to the medical officer as he laid down on the operating table. Kyren closed his eyes and thought to himself, wow I never could've ever imagined I'd end my dad like this. Befriending a Marine, being stabbed and killing a pirate.

It had been an unusual day but for Sazio this kinda thing probably happened allot more often and as a Pirate maybe even more. He was looking forward to his days as a pirate.

Saizo had stayed awake as long as he could he stayed in the back watching the operation to ensure that the medical officer was doing his very best. He had even gone so far as to refrain from smoking partial out of concern for the young doctor but mostly for the fact all of his cigars were soaked. but once the boy had been taken to a bed the Vice Admiral had sat next to the bed as long as he could before he finally fell asleep leaning against the wall snoring quietly his shadow looming over the bed

With his chest patched up and rest under his belt Kyren's strong youthful heart beat woke him up. He felt and could hear his heart beating as strong as ever within his chest and his eyes opened up. Sitting up in the bed Kyren yawned and looked at the sleeping Saizo.

Kyren was happy to see this Marine had actually bothered to see if he would make it or not. He was happy to see such a thing and ran his fingers over his chest. The stitching wasn't the best in the world but it was good enough to stop him from bleeding to death. Kyren climbed out of bed as quietly as he could trying not to wake Saizo. He looked back at him and opened the door to leave. He smiled and was happy he'd met him but the next time he met Saizo he would be a Pirate. He wanted to say goodbye but didn't want to wake him.

Kyren figured that he would understand and stepped out through the door and quietly shut it behind him.

[Present]

Sitting in the restaurant with his new cook Mina Layton having the date he'd wanted ever since meeting her a day ago he smiled looking at her. He had remembered his first fight and friendship with a Marine. He wondered if he would ever meet him again.

Being on this date Kyren shook his head throwing the memory aside so he could get back on with his date.
