Apis has a fruit hat allows her to talk to animals, but rocks and stuff are inanimate and do not have intelligence...

well its more like sense the life force within them, like what Zoro does to the baroque works mister 1 in order to cut him, he find the wavelength of steel, sorta like a telepathic speech

okay but Rocks not have eyes or ears and therefore can not see or hear anything...

well... then for things like rocks... the falcon can use it the same way Zoro does, and break it if it can sense its life force, so breaking hard objects like steel or rock would be easy even for the falcons beak? otherwise it can communicate telepathically with intelligent beings... then again, if this is too much like someone elses fruit i can come up with a different one. and how do you know plants are intelligent... they could be plotting world domination AS WE SPEAK!

why not teach Tetki and Ryankaku to the bird so that it can cut through things as it flys as though it were steel? maybe come up with some variations for it to...

you COULD just train it to do that, that wouldn't be to far fetched for one piece...

but.... but its a bird... thats CRAZY TALK! and the only way i know of for animals to speak in one piece is to eat DF... if youd allow a talking peregrine falcon then ill do that, but i didnt think thatd be something possible... even in one piece...

look out f all the wired animals in the one piece world, there has GOT to be one that talks and birds can mimic the human voice very well, I am trying to help YOU

Keep in mind that in order for a hawk to be combined with a weapon it would have had to have eaten a devil's fruit already.
