description: Bolt has been given new upgrades since the battle of dusk and the marines. His weakness have first been fixed having his stomach and head modified. His head has metal plating installed protecting his skull and brain from damage. His mouth has been modified with a special made lazer. His chest is now fully armored but is now made from steel making the overall weight of the cyborg lighter, but more vulnerable to sword attacks and cannon fire. His chest now has moveable breast plates which fires missles containing seastone lined nets capturing devil fruit users with ease. There is also a "floating device" in his stomach that allows Bolt to float on the water similar to fish despite his weight. This is also where he keeps his storage area for his water power source. It holds 10 gallons per day. His limps were especially modified to be detachable by using an locking system between joints. His feets have been installed with jet dials allowing him to swim very fast underwater. The weapons in his arms have not been touched. His body is powered by water which need at least 5 gallons a day for him to stay operational.
weapon special abilities:
Lazer: Fires a powerful beam of light particles from his mouth capable of causing massive explosions and burning through metal. Requires 3 gallons of water per use.
Breast Busters: Fires a total of ten missiles containing seastone nest that trap upon impact. Requires 1 gallon per missle to fire.
Jet Feet: Propells Bolt underwater allowing him to swim very fast.
