Name: Arai Arai No Mi (Rough Rough Fruit)
Capabilities: The Arai Arai No Mi turns the user into a Rough-man, and is the complete opposite of the Sube Sube No Mi. This fruit makes the user's entire body, from his skin and organs to his hair, rough, increasing the friction between the user and any surface or object he touches several times fold. Control of the level of roughness can be gained through practice. In addition, the user gains immunity from all friction-based damage such as grazes, and all friction-produced heat. Instead of having everything slide off of their body like the Sube Sube user, a user of the Arai Arai No Mi will have almost attaching attach to his body like Velcro strips. The powers of the Arai Arai No Mi extend to the user's clothing, just like the powers of the Sube Sube No Mi.

Wouldn't he have difficulty moving around?

We actually use friction in order to walk, so increasing the friction between the user and the ground will make him go faster in One Piece logic, or something like that. Our feet push the ground back, and in return, the friction pushes us forward. Needless to say, the ground doesn't move.

I actually don't remember how Alvida managed to move around without slipping, so I can't really answer the question with One Piece logic.
