Early life:
Sapphire was born in skypea but soon after she was abandoned by her parents on the east blue in a small village on an island of the Coast of Genji Island. Genji island being a very mountainous island covered in mines and was easy to spot from miles of by the volcano in the middle being used as a forge and there was a huge stream of smoke constantly billowing from it. As Sapphire found out how bad it was in the orphanage she wanted to leave from the age of 6 but she never did until much later in her life. But for now she was stuck. Sapphire was a shy skypean and she hid he wing the best she could at all times at one point she started to trim them so they would fit under her dresses she only did this for a few years and she only wore red and black at that time in her life. She had a group of kids picking on her for being a skypean but there was one other child at the orphanage who didn’t and they would spend time together and he would try to stop the bullies because Sapphire couldn’t stand up for herself. And when she tried she didn’t succeed and they would just tease her more the worst things they have done to her which made her not leave her room for weaks was tear down the back of each piece of her clothing which would show her wings. This was 3 years after she was sliceing parts of her wings away but now she was doing it again so they wouldn’t show because she felt like a freak with them. Then there was that one bad night.
The Storm That night:
One night while there was thunder and lighting outside the orphans thought it would be funny to lock her out the boy her liked her couldn’t do anything about it. Sapphire was scared of many many things but her biggest fear was thunder and lighting but she scrabbled about and ran but the door to the orphanage was locked so she ran looking for something that was open she found an empty church but when she got in she found outside a sharp rusty knife she went inside and on a stone altar she started to sliced away her feathers and clipping her wings she then stabed holes in her wings and then got some elastic and Got her wings and started to wrap them around her body she was crying and suffering in agony the pain that was coursing through her body because of her bleeding wings this made her white dress turn red. As she returned to the orphanage the kids still picked on her but less so because they thought she sliced her wings clean off.
Coming up to the present:
Sapphire Continued to bind her wrings around her body but she didn’t regrow feather, she did but they turned out more like scales because of the growth time. They kinda looked like wings of the butterfly in colour and look but not in shape. She hid them away and as she did this more the people in her orphanage stopped picking on her mainly because she didn’t seem to have wings but also because she cooked some nights and she could easily poison them. At the age of 15 Sapphire. She found on a ship wreckage she snuck on grenades and fireworks so she stole them for self-defence and she learned how to throw them properly and undo the pins properly and quickly when she got to the age of 16 she left to find someone who would accept her and maybe someone who could help her survive



Personality: Sapphire is a quiet girl and she doesn’t do much to socialize with other people. She cant stand up for herself at all and when she tries to shout it comes out at normal persons speaking voice. She is very shy and not very social. She doesn’t like to fight and if she gets into one she will try to run away or confused the opponent and then run. She isn’t the most romantic girl. She is told what to do and doesn’t argue and if she does she isn’t very good at it and gives up very quickly. She is scared of lots of things but the thing she fears the most above most everything is thunder and lighting and she will run in fear and look for cover if she is ever caught in a storm. She likes to cook and sweet foods. Also she likes those who care for others. Sapphire cares for anyone she can. She dislikes large crowds and not nice people and bitter food.
