Appearance: She is quite tall,28.3 inches. She is the normal size of a women at her age and her skin is quite light. Her hair is Black and she has her hair set up in a pony tail, the pony tail is quite long but not to long. She has two loops on each side of her face and her bang is crooked to the right. She is wearing a blue tank top and over that she has a striped vest in black and white. She is wearing a short skirt that is black. On her feet she has a pair of shoes. They are flat on the bottom and have laces. They are dark blue, almost black. The laces are white and they are always loose. She has a scar around her right arm. Her eyes are light blue. Around her right arm she has a bracelet, it's Silver's with small symbols on it.
History:
Ruika was born on a dark December night. She was born on a small island in The North Blue, the island was coverd in snow. It was hard to find food and there were many wild animals, many of them was very dangerous. The only way to get food was to slaughter the animals. There were many who died when they tried to get food, this was partly because the island did not have good weapons. One day, seven years after Riuka was born, she saw her mother holding a few needles. They were not those needles to sew with, but they were pretty big and was very sharp on both sides.
"Mom what is that?" Ruika asked.
Ruikas mother looked down at her and smiled "It is a weapon that will help us get food." Tough Ruika was only seven years old, she had already learned to handle weapons, but this was a weapon she never had seen before! "One day, you should also learn to fight with them." Said Riukas mother while she pointed to one of the needles.
"I'll go out and get some food until tonight, but you stay here, okay? It's getting dark." Said Ruikas mother and looked at Ruika. Ruika smiled and nodded to her mother. Ruikas mother took all the needles and put them down in a small bag and then she opened the door and ran out of the little house. Ruika had clearly heard her mother's words, but she was so curious to know how the new weapons worked so she took her shoes and ran after her mother.
She saw how her mother and two other soldiers spoke to each other. They whispered yet heard Ruika clearly what they said.
"We must teach children to defeand them selfs right now!"
"But how would they ever be able to learn to defend themselves against the spider in a few weeks?"
"We have no choice ... If they do not learn to defend themselves the spider will eat them."
Ruika did not understand what they meant, the spider? There were many spiders on the island but she had never heard of a spider who could harm someone else. Rukia heard how they went away and Ruika quickly ran back to their cabin. Not much later the door was opened once again and Ruikas mother steps in, she looked very serious. Around her shoulder there was a piece of raw meat. She looked down at Ruika and said, "Listen to me Ruika, our village is in danger and I will learn you how to handle them," she pointed to a pair of needles.
Ruika realized that her mother was serious and Ruika nodded seriously to her mother. The following day Ruika was brought early by her mother. "Time to start your training!" Said Ruikas mother. Ruika got dressed. When she had put on her shoes she went out, her mother was already outside and held a pair of needles. She walked over to her daughter and gave her some needles. "I want you to listen and look closely at what I do!" Said Ruikas mother seriously. ". Ruikas mother took a couple of needles and then threw one of then in to an icy stone.The stone fell down into pieces. Ruika looked shocked at the needle and then at her mother. Her mother smiled a little and then said "Now it's your turn." Ruika looked at the needles and step forward a step, she took a needle and then threw it against the stone. It struck the stone, but it just bounced off. Her mother stepped forward to Ruika and said "Ruika the first thing you most learn is that you do not use your strenght with these weapons, you use your brain."
Ruika trained every day with her mother, yet she did not know what her mother meant by " u do not use your strenght", how could she not use her strenght? Was that not what it was made for? She got better but it was still something that was missing. Ruika knew she needed to learn this quickly, so she began to secretly train at night. One night when the moon was full, she came to what it was her mother meant, she wanted her to see where the stone was weak! She looked closely at a rock and saw that it had very many edges she took a few steps back and aimed her needle towards the edges, then she threw the needle and the stone broke! Ruika smiled and said, "Thats it!".
That night she could not sleep, she wanted to learn more about the weapon. She wanted to be able to handle the weapon in a whole new way! She looked at her hand and the she saw that she had small blue veins in some places. She came up with a whole new way to use needles, but if she wanted to master this technique she was in a rush. The technique was exactly the reverse from her mother's technique. Her mother's technique was able to damage an entire object, but a living body could easily heal from this injury. But Ruika had now found a way to harm a human, by breaking these veins a body would be paralyzed and becomes an easy target. That night she started to study the human body.
Her mother continued to train Ruika. After one and a half week Ruika had learned an awful lot about the human body. Her mother saw that she was using a weird technique in some way but did not care about it. One night Rauika was brought by her mom. "Ruika, it's time to fight! A giant spider is attacking the village!" Ruika thought she was joking until she saw her face, she was not lying! Ruika raced out of the house and there, all the village's warriors stood around a giant spider. Even the children stood there! Ruikas mother bent down and looked at Ruika "I love you so much! And be careful!" She kissed Ruika on the forehead and then she gave her a bag full of needles.
Ruika knew it was the perfect time to use their new technology, she just hoped it would succeed. Like any other person Ruika fought against the giant spider, it was strong but it became weaker and weaker! When it fell dead to the ground Ruika turned around and there she saw her mother lying on the ground. She runs up to her "Mom are you okay?!?" She was pale and looked exhausted. "Listen to me Ruika it is not the big spider who is the real enemy. The real enemy is a little spider, that nobody would suspect ..." After her mother said those words, she closed her eyes and her heart stopped beating. Ruika started to cry looking down at her mother's body.
2 days after her mothers death the village held a large funeral for all those who died, Ruika was then determined to catch the monster who did this and not only that but also to find a cure! Ruika continued her studies and her search for the beast. Nowhere could she find the spider. 13 years later, she learned that similar incidents occurred around the world, it was no doubt about it! The spider moved around and she knew that she would have to do the same in order to find the little spider! She then took a ship from shore and began her journey!
Personality: She has a lot of different personalities. They are changing rapidly, in one moment she can be happy and in the other depressed. She has a habit of moving her hands if she is stressed or frustrated, and so you can easily tell what mood she's in. She hates spiders, and is very afraid of them. She hates to see others sad or wounded. She is a doctor and she is constantly trying to learn more about human body. She loves adventure and would like to explore the ocean at some point.

Hari no konboShe strikes a target on its veins up to 15 times in just some seconds, she uses this technique in a close distance. She uses her needle weapons with this attack. The target vill then not be able to move the parts where the veins was punctured in a long while, maybe for several days or weeks. It depends on how fast the target heals! *Mastered*
Hari kattoThe user throws a needle and lets it rotate in the air, you have to throw it in a special way to get it to rotate. When the needle hits the target it will rotate in to its skin and try to puncture a vein. If it goes well a pain will break out in the targets body but if the attack fails to hit a vein it will only feel like a needle. The user uses this at far distance. The target will feel pain and have a little hard to move but nothing more than that and the pain will go away pretty fast. *Mastered*
Sandankai no hariThe user uses this attack in close combat. With out the target feeling anything she punctures the targets veins and when the target have taken three steps the vains will break. The veins will be really hard to heal but it is not impossible. She cant use this to often beacuse its hard to use these kind of attacks in nearcombat. * Not mastered*
Yudoku naibuThe user takes one of the needles and then uses a toxic on it, its not often she uses it and if she do it is often at close distance beacuse otherwise the toxic can remove it self from the needle. The toxic she uses the most eats the target up from inside. * Not masterd*
Hari no ameThe user throws up a buncch of needles, the wont do any harm if they dont hit a vein but this attack is more of a distraction. She can attack while the target tries to avoid the needles. * Mastered*
