Background is somewhat inconsistent and contrived. Vigilante cooks strain suspension of disbelief somewhat, but it can slide. However, she was falsely arrested for breaking into her parents' house? Couldn't the parents have easily confirmed it was not her, thereby avoiding the whole situation? It's just contrived.
Skinning is pretty vague. Is it a Yahazugiri-esque move that instantly deskins the enemy? Does it just slice a piece of skin off wherever the attack hits?
Apart from that, it's sufficient.
