| Weapon Name: Twin-Locking Fans
Description: Two large fans that are roughly 4 feet in height and open to about 8 feet in length and are made of thick rice papers that are thick enough to absorb the impact from strikes. The metal body of the fan holds at each and every end has been replaced with thick seastone backs. The folds of each one of the fans folds ends with a thick needle that protrudes out. Both Fans are capable of locking together to act as a giant spherical fan that is capable of covering roughly a 16 feet area when fully opened. When in its fully opened it appears to be an oversized umbrella.
Special Effect: Capable of releasing winds that mimic a class one tornado when used alongside the Strength of Oiwa. Capable of releasing small pockets of wind that can not only rival the winds of a class one tornado but it is capable of cutting through it, as well as other elements. Projectiles and other weapons are effortless when exposed to the power of the Two Fans locked together, for when they are locked together the winds are just as powerful but cover roughly a two hundred yard area. |

| The tornado winds are brought about from Oiwa's strength. He's a technically a giant in terms of size and strength, the fan itself is just made of material thick and strong enough not to break or rip from his strength swinging them about to generate such winds. |

| That technique cuts air, in to a slash... but it dose NOT attack with wind, see the anime and manga (CP9 ark) | |

| no, the Ryankaku is not made of wind nor is it a wind based attack, it is what happens when you cut air, he is talking about making tornados | |
