Yokoki Yokoki No Mi

Name: Yokoki Yokoki No Mi (Rail Rail Fruit)
Capabilities: The fruit turns it's eater into a "Train Man", giving him a few properties associated with trains. The main ability given to the user by the fruit is the ability to be unstoppable. As long as the user exhales air, his movements can not be stopped by any means. The air that is exhaled takes the form of white-foamy steam, like the steam that comes out of a train's pipe, that is expelled out of the nose. If the user's nose is clogged, or if he can't exhale any more air, this ability is nullified.
Object that stand in the user's way while he is being unstoppable will either get dragged along with him until he stops, or be shattered, depending on their footing. The same goes for anything trying to pull or push the user to any side, it will either fail, be ripped apart, or get dragged along, regardless of it's weigh.
Although having it's advantages, being a train man has a great weakness: Rails. While the user's movement is unstoppable, he can't change directions, and will constantly move forward. This weakness can only be negated by connecting to some sort of a rail. By standing on top of or grabbing any long and thin object, from a pencil to a steel pole, the user will move along the surface of that object, regardless of gravity or any other pulling/pushing force.
The fruit's abilities do not affect the user's speed at all. The user isn't resilient to damage while being unstoppable, and anything from punches to bullets can still hurt him.

Pretty well balanced, and funnily enough, I was thinking of something like this too. Wasn't a Devil Fruit, though.
