Power: The fruit gives the user the ability to grow an endless amount of diamond hard wires from their body. The wires can be manipulated completely through thought alone, but the strength and speed of the wires is limited to how fast he can move the user's own arms and how much the user can lift themselves. The wires can be used like whips, tendrils, needles, or whatever comes to the user's mind that is limited by the fruits limits.

I know there is a thread fruit, but I didn't like how the fruit was limited to the weaknesses exhibited by the fruit.

Try looking up the Waiya Waiya no Mi.
