Think of is as his hands and feet are the trigger and whatever they touch becomes the ammo/bullet. EX. flicks a object or person with his finger and shoots them away with the strength of a pistol.

So essentially it makes attacks with his limbs super strong?

No it shoots them at the speed of said projectile. No real added impact unless the target hits something after being hit by a shu-to Shu-to Fruit user
