History: Scaler was born into a family of assasins. His mother disapeared shortly after his birth, leaving Scaler only with his fathed Snick. Throughout his years of a child, Scaler wasn't show any love or affection. His father only taught him how to become the assasin he always wanted to be, but couldn't because of the guilt he felt for killing anyone that has a child, or was a child. Snick tried to teach Scaler to not care about those things, as he wouldn't be able to understand what it is like to have a loving family. On Scaler's 9'th birthday, Scaler's father starting to teach him how to use rifles. Hopeing to make his son a feared sniper in the future. After years of practice, Scaler could use a rifle better then the average marine. Soon enough, at the age of 15, Scaler could use a rifle to kill without a second thought. He was a talented, and younge blood-lusting assasin. Just like his father wanted him to be. Just like Snick hoped, his son never felt any guilt after a kill. It didn't mater who the target was, if they needed to be killed. They were killed. Scaler would practice by killing his fathers targets, which were mostly pirates for there bounties. The people soon thought of Scaler as a bounty hunter. Meaning he wouldn't be getting a bounty for his kills. When Scaler was 19, he went on a hunt for a pirate captain who was reffered to as "Fiddle Diddle John". After finding a old, wooden house near the docks. He decided to set camp on the roof. Scaler waited until sunrise, when a sudden explosion in the distant mountains distracted him. Seeing how the pirate captain wasn't at his ship. Scaler decided to head off to the mountains, expecting the pirate to be there. After he arived though, he didn't see Fiddle Diddle John, but he seen what looked like a bloody explosion. With his fathers beaten body in the middle of it. Scaler never cared for his fathers well being, but decided he might know something about the pirate he was hunting for. Scaler slowly walked his way to his fathers bloody, almost lifeless body. The only words he muttered were "What the hell happend to you?". His father chuckled at this statement, but stopped because of the pain. The only response Scaler got was "It wasn't Fiddle-sticks, or whatever that guys name was. It was a different pirate crew, but I doubt you would be one to care." These were the last words to come out of Snick's blood dripping mouth before he died. For the first time in his life, Scaler felt a little bit of emotion for his father. But he wasn't sure what he was feeling, so he went home for the night. All of that night Scaler couldn't understand what he was feeling, but he felt something inside of him. It was like it was eating him away, but it was easy to overcome. After a sleepless night of wondering. Scaler decided that what he was feeling was guilt for his fathers death, and he set off to do the only thing that would make it go away. He set off to become a marine. After being accepted into the Marines, Scaler was brought into a new gymnastics program. It was still new to the Marines, but it was decided that Scaler should be able to handle the training. The training focused on bending the body, and improving the subjects balance. The training would take 9 years to complete. But would could give the subject a benefit in close range combat. Scaler managed well in his training, which the marines made sure to keep there eye on. After finishing the 9 year training program. A new 28 year old Scaler had a strong flexable body, that could bend more than most people could ever handle. Scaler's balance also improved, giving him the almost perfect balance of a focussed cat. Scaler soon found himself on a marine ship as there sniper. Through out his time on the ships he helped stop many pirates, but would be looked down on, and feared for his ruthlesness. On one of Scaler's adventures though, he found himself on a small island. There was a report that a pirate crew made there hideout in the woods of this island, so his crew was sent to investigate it. While searching in the woods for this pirate crew, Scaler heard a noise in the distance. The other marines never seemed to notice it, and Scaler decided to take this chance to kill the pirates himself. Hopeing to get the reconition for single handedly defeating a pirate crew, Scaler set off into the woods. But all he found was a strange looking fruit on a tree stump. Next to it were three green balls and a note. The message on the note seemed to know who Scaler was. The exact words of it were. "Scaler, I know who you are. I have been watching you for awhile now, and know you are a mighty marine. I set this fruit here for you, hopeing you will find it before anyone else dose. It is the Hachuu Hachuu no Mi : Model Chameleon. This fruit will turn you into a chameleon-man. These green balls next to the fruit are known as Rumble Balls. Only eat one at a time though, or your body wont be able to handle the changes. I have included a note on how I made them on the back of this message. I hope they work, and I also hope we can see eachother in person soon." On the back were instructions to make the Rumble Balls, just like the note said there would be. Stareing at the devil fruit, Scaler decided to pick it up, and eat the side of it. He knew that he would never be able to swim again, but the benefits of this fruit would make him a strong fighter. Scaler never knew what the Rumble Balls did, but the note suggested they were to be used with the fruit. Scaler never noticed any changes in his body, but had a horrible taste in his mouth similar to poision. Then off in the distance, Scaler could hear the marines shouting for him. Scaler quickly shoved the note in his right pocket and put the rumble balls in the left. He knew they wouldn't be there if they weren't important. After meeting back up with his crew, Scaler felt stranger then normal. He started to hug himself as he dropped to his knees. As the marines gathered around him to see what was wrong, Scaler activated his Hachuu Hachuu no Mi : Model Chameleon. Turning into his full chameleon form. All the marines jumped back in fear, and shock. This caught the attention of the captain. As he walked up to the scattered crew. He looked at the chameleon. "You guys are scarred because of a chameleon! This little thing can't do anything to us!" Lifting his right foot into the air, the captain prepared to stomp on Scaler in his full chameleon form. But by luck, Scaler managed to turn back into his human form. This time time captain jumped back from fear, and shock. After saying that he found the devil fruit back in the woods, the crew head back to the ship. A marine base wasn't to far from where they were, so the captain decided to drop of his sniper until he learned to control his new powers. After a two day trip to the base, Scaler jumped off the ship and proceded to the training grounds. Scaler trained with his Rumble Balls at night, and his normal powers in the morning. Not wanting anyone to know about what really happened in the woods. Eventually, people found out he was using Rumble Balls. They never discouraged him from using them, but actually helped him get ingrediants to make more. After a two year training montage, Scaler now had full control over his devil fruit. He even learned 5 new forms using his Rumble Ball. They were Vision Point, Long Point, Grip Point, Invisible Point, and Snipe Point. Scaler was soon ready to go out to seas again, but he heared his old crew were all killed. Scaler wasn't the least bit saddened by this news though. It was time to join a new, more powerful crew he thought to himself.

Personality: Scaler is a heartless man. The only person he cares about is himself. He has also proved to be ignorant towards people. He is normaly silent, thinking actions speak louder than words. Scaler belives that he can shoot down anything, no matter the range. He is proud of his sniping skills, and always carries a rifle with him. If in close combat, Scaler still takes advantage of his rifle. Just because there close dosn't mean that the target will have a better shot at dodging the bullet. If Scaler's gun dosn't seem to be working, he will hope that his devil fruit powers can do the rest of the fighting. Scaler has his own thoughts about the government. He knows it could be corrupt, but stays in it for his dream of becoming a Vice, or actual Admiral. Scaler is also enjoys fruits, its his favorite food group.

effect: The eater of this fruits gains 2 extra forms:
A CHAMELEON FORM: The user can turn into a chameleon and gains all traits of the chameleon (almost complete invisibility, long sticky tongue and sticky limbs and eyes that can move independently).
A CHAMELEON-HYBRID FORM: The user turns into a half-chameleon, he can become almost completely invisible, gain the long and sticky tongue and the sticky limbs and the rotating eyes but still stands on 2 legs. His skin gains a light-green color and his feet turn to the feet of a chameleon.

Learned Techniques (Keep it 1-25):
Chameleon Hybrid Form: Sticky Tounge: Using his Chameleon-Hybrid Form, Scaler wraps his tongue around his target, and pulls it towards him.
Chameleon Hybrid Form: Invisible: Using his Chameleon-Hybrid Form, Scaler turns himself invisible, but can still be seen by his shadow and a weak outline.
Grip Point: Marathon: Using His Grip Point, Scaler sprints with all his strength, improving his speed by 10x insted of 5x. This technique takes away Scalers energy.
-Long Point: Flex-a-clap: Using his Long Point form, Scaler stretches his arms to his sides, then claps on the targets head.
-Long Point: Spinning Wheel: Using his Long Point form, Scaler jumps sideways. Landing on the palm of his right or left hand, he forces his free hand forward. Repeating the steps Scaler starts spinning forward at rapid speeds.
-Long Point: Palm Smash: Using his Long Point form, Scaler sends his left hand forward and right hand backwards. Using his left hand to aim, his pushes his right arm forward with great speed and power. The target is hopefully going to fly backwards from the attack.
-Snipe Point: Final Shot-Snipe: Using his Snipe Point form, After finding a target Scaler hugs his body, then releasing it sends his tongue at flying speeds towards his target.

Goals: Scaler's goal is to become a Vice, or actual Admiral. For the respect and power they hold.
Scaler also hopes to find out who gave him his devil fruit.
