History: Sorosen grew up in a small coastal village and lived a peaceful life, he enjoyed fishing, hanging out with friends, working out, and a hard days work. That is until one day pirates came, their purpose, anything that wasn't nailed down. Sorosen eager to defend defend his home from pirates found the nearest blacksmith and "acquired" a sword and ran off to fight. The captain of the pirates scoffed at the towns people and demanded that they bring every last bit of value they had to them or they would burn down the town and kill every last one of them. Sorosen charged at the pirates and swung but they jumped him and held him down and then the captain came over and decided to have some fun, he was rather cruel, drawing from his pouch a dagger he slashed the boys eyes in just the right places to make him go blind. Sorosen began to writhe in pain at the loss of his sight and not to mention the fact that cutting flesh hurts. Seeing that the townspeople would not do as they ordered the pirates gathered them and tied them up, afterwards they went through each house and building and took everything not nailed down and loaded it onto their ship and then burned the houses. Then they said one final farewell and with a cackle they set sail, deciding to leave the people with their lives not that it meant much now that everything they ever had worked for was now gone, up in flames. H e would never forget that voice and he would never rest until he had silenced it for good.
Sorosen left the town and set off to find a way to avenge his people, having trouble with the fact that he was now blind, but he did notice things all around him, he heard alot better and could smell things unlike anything before, he also felt the wind upon his skin. Making his way through the forest, roughly feeling for bushes, branches and trees, he stumbled upon a hermit. The hermit realizing the mans plight took him in and bandaged his eyes. For the next 5 years Sorosen lived with the hermit, learning how to turn his new found weakness into a strength, and also teaching him a bit of swordsmanship so that he may better defend himself on his travels. Upon the day of his leaving the hermit bestowed upon Sorosen two gifts, one of them being a sword passed down through his family, a beautiful katana, and a piece of fruit. Sorosen thanked the hermit for the years he had spent and all that he had taught him and was on his way. Carrying a pack and roughly 50,000b he started his journey.
Upon walking for two days Sorosen took a break and set up camp, reaching in his bag he finally brought out the fruit, it was smooth, he began to eat it, it had a minty flavor to it, upon finishing it he layed down to sleep feeling a bit ill after eating the fruit. Little did he know it was the Paramciam fruit, the wind manipulator. Upon waking, Sorosen realized that the pain in his gut has subsided but he had a new feeling now, he arose slowly and felt a breeze around his body. Deciding that something was up with the fruit he had recently eaten and realizing from the hermits teaching what devil fruit were he came to the conclusion that the old man had given him one as a parting gift. Sorosen focused his mind on the feeling of the wind and the sound around him and honed his mind focusing at a near by tree, in a single slash, the wind cut the tree in half causing the tree to fall and almost hit him. Sorosen was amazed at his new ability but he also came to another realization as well, he'd never be able to swim again, it seemed like it was time for him to hit the road again, he ventured onward towards the next town, letting his other sense guide him. Arriving in the nearest town he would set forth to find those that would help him in his quest for vengeance, beyond that, who knows what will happen to him.
Upon arriving in town he noticed the sound of metal colliding it seemed the the town was under attack, without a moments hesitation he drew his sword and ran into battle, upon entering the fight zone he spoke out, "What causes people to attack simple folk trying to make a living." He was responded to by the ruffians captain with we take what we want when we want it, thats the way things are. Then he ordered his men to kill Sorosen and rob him of his properties. Sensing ill will Sorosen slew every one that approached him that he felt killing intent from. He was thanked by the village and given a sum of 100,000 beri and granted one request. The village was a coastal one specializing in boats and fishing with several gifted craftsmen. Sorosen humbly accepted the offer for the favor but turned down the money. He requested the finest vessal that they could spare, for he had now found his purpose, he was to set out and see to it that other pirates did not pillage from helpless villages, to become the king of the pirates and to set forth a new code for all pirates. The thought of being a pirate may seemed flawed to some but it made sense to sorosen, for he did not want to work for the government who failed to protect his village in their time of need and felt that the best way to change pirates was to become a pirate.
When the time came for Sorosen to depart he was granted a large majestic boat. Before the maiden voyage the villagers asked him what he wanted for his flags design and he told them, a silver sword representing justice, engulfed in black flames. The flag was hoisted and the anchor raised, the maiden voyage of "The Guardian" had begun. The villagers had secretly stocked the ship with food and suplies that Sorosen had refused, but he wouldn't find that out till later. He spends countless months training to learn how to utilize his devil fruit abilities before docking.
Personality: He is quietly focused and determined, choosing not to speak unless he absolutely has to and only to people he trusts. He would rather make decisions after gathering information but he will make a decision on a whim if he has no other choice. It's not that he doesn't want to be friendly to people it's just after the incident and isolation he has basically blocked himself off from emotions that don't directly affect his survival, it will take some time to get close to him. He has a moral code and lives by it mostly.

Devil Fruit: Kaze Kaze No Mi

effect: This fruit allows the user to generate powerful gusts of wind from their limbs and body as demonstrated by Marie. These bursts of air can vary in intensity and range depending on the width of the blast. Wide ranged bursts of air can reach speeds nearly equal to hurricane winds easily blowing away enemies and light projectiles, while narrowing the burst of air will result in a spiraling reinforced stream capable of piecing weak armor. By enveloping the host in air and riding on a glider-like device the user can travel at high speeds along a "wind road" nicknamed the "Jet Stream". The user can also envelope their limbs in a spiraling current of air in order to increase the damage they can deal through melee combat as well as enhancing the cutting power and range of cutting weapons. By producing a thin current of air from the users legs they can also "ride the wind" allowing them to maneuver faster. As with all Logia type Devil Fruit, the user can also become air, allowing ordinary non-haki or Devil fruit based attacks to phase through the user's intangible body, though the user leaves themselves venerable from different types of attacks in this form.

Learned Techniques:
Blowback: A powerful gust of air that Sorosen creates with a wide range. This attack blows back weak projectiles and in stronger bursts, people, providing a decent defense from mediocre non-piercing attacks.
Jetstream: Sorosen creates a spiraling ranged attack using reinforced wind. This attack can pierce weak armors and can reach up to 10 meters.
Pressure Bullet: Sorosen fires a condensed burst of air that travels at high speed, can cause internal damage if hit repeatedly.
Maelstrom: This is a more powerful defensive technique where the entire body is surrounded by a dome of air that deflects mediocre attacks from all directions.
Grap Style: The Host wraps spiraling air around their limbs to increase melee damage, and can increase range of melee attacks. Best used as a form of Martial art.
Tailwind: Uses wind generated by the user to maneuver at high speeds (On the ground). Allows longer and higher leaps.
Cyclone Fist: Used in Grap style, Sorosen creates a powerful current of air from his fist that swerves toward his opponent, causes more concussive force, than damage.
Gale-force Fist: highly compressed currents of air is built up around Sorosens fists so that on impact of the punch a powerful blow is caused giving it explosive-like force of wind, requires a moment of uninterrupted concentration so its effectiveness is limited in particularly dangerous or hectic fights.
Kamikaze (Divine Wind): A full powered attack that summons a powerful blast of air with tornado force winds and can clear a small battle field of medium strength opponents. Requires concentration and preparation time.
Pressure Blast: Throws a small ball of compressed air. Causes similar effects to Pressure Bullet, but more powerful and less accurate.
Air Slash: Sorosen uses a strong current of wind in a cutting action, strong enough to slice and attack many foes as if using a sword, this move has large range, but is much more effective with a melee weapon in hand, e.g. a sword

Flaws: Blind, weakened by the sea (can't swim just sinks DF user)
DF Weakness: One weakness is that the user is only able to manipulate air in a 30 meter radius. Its other weaknesses lie in the fact that it is highly affected by temperature change, making a transformed user's air body either expand exponentially and unable to control their body normally when exposed to a large heat source, e.g. fire from the Mera Mera no Mi. As well as this the user’s attacks are often swallowed up by a large fire, thus making this fruits abilities ineffective against fire wielding enemies. As with heat, the user is also susceptible to severe cold, as the user's attacks/body becomes more dense, thus making them slower limiting their speed and range and with a large enough drop in temperature, the user is unable to transform their bodies. This makes the user more venerable while against a user of the Hie Hie no Mi. The user of the Kaze Kaze no Mi is completely unable to cause lethal harm to anyone while completely transformed, so a temperature changing attack could prove fatal while the user is in this form. Due to the nature of this fruits ability, the user is particularly weak to piercing attacks, for example spears, swords or bullets, as the user cannot defend from such attacks, though becoming intangible will render these attacks harmless, yet venerable to heat, cold, haki, or seastone based attacks. While the user is able to "fly" while transformed, they cannot achieve this above 50ft due to atmosphere change, or travel over open water sources, e.g. the sea. Another possible weakness it that while the user is transformed, they are not invisible as with regular air, but the user takes on a distance gray colour. As with all devil fruit abilities, the user cannot utilise their ability while in contact with seastone or the seas itself. Also, the user is venerable to haki imbued attacks.
