Charlie is a Young man and has a round, hairless face. His hair is a very light blue, almost silvery and reaches down to his shoulders. He is usually wearing dark blue shoes, trousers, a shirt and waistcoat under his trademark bright blue jacket which reaches down to his knees and has bold red and gold trimmings. On the inside of his jacket is twenty four individually sown small pockets, just the right size to house his trademark silver throwing knives.
History:
Charlie Kray was born into slavery at the gargantuan bridge due to his mother, a slave being raped by one of the slavers and left to look after the child herself while still forced to do heavy labour . Being born into slavery Charlie had never known freedom and so knew his place and never attempted to escape or spoke out against the Slavers, he was the model slave.
While growing up he heard the old tale of the Flight of Icarus, a cautionary tale the guards told to keep the young slaves obedient, it told of a slave called Icarus who did not appreciate the protection the slavers gave him and attempted to escape. He did so by gathering hot wax from the candles in the encampment and sticking fallen bird feathers onto them, making a pair of improvised wings. Once his wings were made and attached to his back, Icarus jumped out of a high tower and began to fly out of the camp. However the foolish Icarus flew too high and the heat from the sun burnt Icarus’s wings and he plummeted to his demise.
By the age of eighteen his mother had long since passed away and Charlie had become the ring leader for the young slaves in the encampment, and so went to the Mess hall for the enslavers to find some leftover food as the slaves were starving. Once inside the mess hall he hid by the doorway as two enslavers were still eating, specifically a crateful of imported Pineapples. While gorging themselves on the fruits they came across an irregular one, it was purple in colour, had a swirling, interrogate pattern on its skin and smelt repulsive. Assuming it was another pineapple which went off they tossed it aside and continued there feast. The fruit bounced off of the table and fell to the floor and rolled until it stopped at Charlie’s feet.
Due to his starving desperation he spent to time lingering and began to devour the repulsive smelling, and tasting fruit. Once finished he felt very satisfied and as light as a feather, feeling the odd sensation he looked down his body to see if there was anything unusual, there was. He realised that his feet were not touching the ground at all and he was levitating in the air. He slowly moved his hands upwards which caused his body to levitate higher, at this point he had an epiphany, like Icarus in the story he could fly and escape, however he did not require wings to do so. Planning to go and tell his friends about this he dropped himself down suddenly, creating a loud thud and alerted the two Enslavers of his presence, as they went for there rifles Charlie escapes through the door.
Charlie ran outside but the enslavers gave chase, one alerted the other guards of the situation while the other lined up a shot. The bullet fired, hitting Charlie in the left hand and causing him to fall to the floor. As he was on the floor the enslavers and slaves began to move in to see what was happening as Charlie lied groaning in agony, he began to move his right hand to comfort the wound but found as he moved the hand the embedded bullet began the levitate out of the wound, just as he could levitate his body he found he could levitate objects as well.
All watched in horror as Charlie slowly moved the bullet from his hand and in front of his face, he then looked over to the nearby bay were an empty galley was anchored for emergency purposes, this would be an easy escape for slaves but the entire perimeter is covered in sea mines and only when the boat is officially being used are the mines carefully deactivated. Now realising that he could levitate objects as well as himself he could cause the ship to fly and use it to escape and taste freedom for the first time.
Eventually the enslavers came to there senses and began advancing. For the first time in his life Charlie left in control as he could control any object with his mind and even bullets couldn’t hurt him, he was desperate for his freedom, to see what he could do with his powers in the real world. Without a second though Charlie quickly thrust his right hand forward causes the bullet to rocket through the sky and hit the enslaver in front of him in-between the eyes, killing him immediately killing him and the rest of them to recoil once more.
Going mad with desperation for freedom Charlie charged through the encampment, killing enslavers and fellow slaves alike with whatever he touches, mainly large chunks of granite used to build the bridge. Within half an hour Charlie had reached the ship and begin to fly it into the air and escape and three fourths of the population of Tequila Wolf has been killed, causing the work morale and production rate to spiral down dramatically.
For the next four years Charlie flew around all of the blues with his now modified ship, the masts and steering wheel were removed as they served no purpose to him, pillaging and murdering whom he seemed fit, gaining a vast amount of treasure and renown, which allowed him to purchase his trademark Bright blue jacket and weapons which corresponded with his now well trained powers, two dozen throwing knives.
This sudden burst of piracy, odds but powerful abilities and his unusual background has caught the attention of the Marines, earning the epithet “Icarus” and a 300,000 Beli Bounty. Now bored of his infamy and massacres he has decided to take a back seat and offer a crew himself and his boat to use, however if the Captain of this crew does not entertain or follow his twisted morals he will quickly dispose of them and look for a new crew.
Personality:
Charlie has very twisted morals most likely due to his enslavement and his sudden boost of power and is of many contraditions. He believes that there is no chance, no way you can change your life yourself and it is only fate which does so. He believes it was fate that he heard the story of Icarus, consume the Fuwa Fuwa no mi and become a God on earth, people of a lower status to him can not do anything about it and should accept there place in the world. Feeling above the rest of the human rabble there laws and morals should not affect him and he shall murder if he feels like doing so and he will steal if someone has what he wants.

Twenty-four Knife Barrage: Charlie upons up his Jacket revealing two dozen pockets on the inside of it, each holding a small, silver throwing knife. Charlie lets go of the jacket and it suspends in the air through his devil fruit powers. His hands now free he slowly rotated them upwards, in time with his hand rotation the knives begin to slip out of there pockets and into the air just above his head. Once all Knives are perfectly lines up into a four by three square Charlie suddenly thrusts his hands forward, pointing with his fingers at his target, if the target begins to move he can move his fingers in the same direction and the knives will follow them.
All-in Crush: Charlie floats just above the enemies and flies around the general area putting his hand down to touch an object, such as a table, a rock or even a ship, once he has touched an appropriate amount of objects he returns to his original position and raises his hands up, lifting all objects with it simultaneously. He then begins to encircle his hands in the targets direction and the objects follow suit, floating around, encircling the targets, Charlie then quickly and violently claps his hands together causing the objects to suddenly move into the target, hopefully crushing them.
Gravity Drop: Charlie lifts the ground underneath the target breaking it from the surrounding ground around the targets feet and making a flat piece of land which is suspended in the air, by raising his hands upwards he raises the piece of land high into the air and/or over a body of water, once in the air he can move the small piece of land by moving his hands in the desired direction. Once in the area of his specification Charlie quickly throws his hands down dropping the land down at a rapid rate, until it either collides with the ground beneath or hits the water, usually disastrous for Devil Fruit users.
Wing Drop: While his ship, the Wings Of Icarus is suspended in the air Charlie flies outward until he is a safe distance from the ship and anyone on it. With a simple drop of his hands the ship begins to plummet to the Sea below, submerging it for a few moments before it rises again, useful for wiping clean the ship of enemies or destroying a ship below it, as it is reinforced keel of iron as well as several plates of iron on the bottom portion of the hull making it a destructive tool and allowing it too survive much more impact damage than a lesser ship.
