Appearance: Ran is 5'10 and weighs 165 lbs. He is well toned but all of his muscles are hidden under his black suit, He wears a white undershirt and a red tie. He has short brown hair and very tan skin. He has light blue eyes that hide his true nature. He is always well dressed and has very nice posture. He has one scar on his right pointer finger which was from his first attempt at shigan that broke his bone and it pierced his skin
History: Ran grew up with his demented father Ryu "The Butcher" Ryuga, who was a marine captain. His father loved to massacre his opponents and rip them to shreds. Having nobody else to live with Ran grew up seeing the rain of blood. His father was incredibly skilled and was brilliant. He could sever all of your arteries before you knew it. He trained his son this and taught him his twisted logic. "I get to kill as much as I want and I get paid for it." was what he had always told his son.
Seeing all of this made Ran the same way. At the age of 10 he made his first kill. The man was already wounded and was crawling towards him trying to get help. He picked up a scalpel and drove it into his neck. The glorious flash of red and seeing the life draining from the mans body was exhilarating.
His father continued to train him and another one of the people on the ship trained him to be a doctor. Now he knew exactly where to hit to get the most blood. His strength and skill continued to grow and he killed more by the day. Soon though he wanted to feel the kill and blood with his bare hands. He didn't want to have to use his scalpel. This was when he was about 16 and he enlisted in the marines. Excelling in his class he received special training so that he could become even stronger. This included learning under a vice admiral who worked him until he couldn't move. This paid off though because soon he began his training on the Rokushiki. He was a fast learner and he learned some of the techniques very fast. Finally he started to do missions with the Vice admiral and he got to use his techniques.
His first mission was immaculate. They raided a large pirate crew that had multiple ships. He went on to one and the massacre began. He loved cutting peoples throats out with his own hands and when they tried to run he could cut them to pieces with his Rankyaku. When the rest of the marines came aboard his body was covered in blood. He had so much blood on his face people thought he was wearing a mask.
After this his supervisor wanted to put him into CP9 so that he could learn more and become even more of a threat to the Pirates
Personality: Ran is very demented and loves destroying people. He tries to make his opponents bleed as much as possible and if they die before he does he is upset. He hasn't really ever had any friends so he is a loner and when people talk to him he can become quickly annoyed. He only has respect for those stronger than him and he will show it to them. He loves his job because as his father aid he gets paid to kill. The one strang thing about his ersonality that is different from the rest is that he is nervous around attractive women.

1. Rankyaku- By kicking at very high speeds the user creates a compressed air blade that can cut things to shreds
2. Shigan- User pushes there finger at a very high speed and leaves a hole similar to that of a bullet
3. Shigan Oren- A rapid fire version of Shigan
4. Tobu Shigan Bachi- A projectile version of the shigan
5. Soru- Kick off of the ground multiple times allowing the user to move at incredible speed.
