History: Jeff was born on Sabaody archipelago as a slave to the World Nobles. He they used him for the heavy lifting. His manta shaped body was perfect for carrying them and their stuff. It was torture to him. He could try to escape but he would be tortured or maybe even killed. He didnt have much chooice but to serve them. He was affraid for his mother. Even if he would escape what would they do to his mother. Every day of Jeffs life was the same he hated it! He decided to escape. Jeff went to his mother when they were alone. He told her that he will escape and that if she will join him. His mother told him that she will stay here and that she will be allright. One night when everyone was asleep except the guards Jeff removed protective metal on his tail with his claws. His tail has sleeping poison that works very fast but not for two long. He didn't want to kill them so he decided to make them fall asleep. He walked thru the door of his room and stabed the guard in the neck. Thats where the poison works the fastest. The guard wasnt bleeding he only had a small hole in his neck. The guard was still screaming. Jeff heard footsteps of more guards.''Oh crap..'' He jumped out of the window that was near his room in the air he realized.''The collar!'' Jeff fell in the water and was strugling to get it off. It didnt work. In about five minutes. *BOOM* water got launched into the air. Jeff was unconscious for 3 month. He woke up on a big pirate ship at Water 7. The pirates told that they found him at Sabaody so they picked him up. He was suprised that he was so far away from home. Jeff had to stay with the pirates for about a week and the doctor gave him medicine. When he was ok they droped him of at Water 7 with a small bag of money. Jeff thanked them and waved as they sailed twoards the sunrise.
Personality: Jeff is a nice guy as long as you are nice to him. He gets frustrated very fast and you could say that he needs anger managment. He will beat everyone up that will get in his way when he wants something. He dosent understand alot of jokes and he cant stand racism agains fishman. One of his favorite things is money and anything worth alot of money. In his spare time he likes to train, spend money, drink and party.

Special Abilities:
His stinger can paralize you. It causes masive pain and it works very fast (1 post to be paralized 2 posts to un paralize.)
His tail is contained in sharp steel so that it can be used like a sword. There is a small hole on the tip of it so that the poison stinger can be used.
He is faster than a avrage person (1/3 slower than soru)
He knows how to cook but not very good.

Cold Claw: Charges the opponent very fast and slices him with his claw.
Tailblade Air Slice: Creates a shockwave cut at the opponent.
Tailblade Stinger: Charges the opponent and paralizes him.
Tailblade Twister: Spins his sword horizontaly and creates a twister like shockwave.
