Appearance: Jess is 167cm big he is small for his age but he dosent mind that. He allways wears a black and red jester hat with 2 bells on each side. He wears a plain red shirt with button and a black vest that is outlined with red colour. Jess also wears black bants and has 1 leg warmer that is red and black and another one that is completely black. His shoes are also red. He wears white make up but his mouth and eyes are red. Jess has a jester staff with a skull and the same hat the he has. Becouse of his size and makeup people think that he is very young.


History:

Jess was born on a small island. He and his family were pirates that sailed the sea and entertained people. They were pirates becouse they also stole stuff and his father had a bounty. Jess was an only child. Jess was lonely alot becouse his parents were allways rehersing. Jess liked to play cards with his parents when they had time but that rarely happened. He didnt like his parents to mutch becouse the only plays that they liked were drama. Jess liked to make people laugh insted of cry becouse of some stupid tragic plays!

One day when they were sailing looking for the next island they got attacked by marines. The battle was over in 5 minutes. the marines were strong and his father was the only one that knew how to fight. Jess tried to help him but that got him into more trouble. For assisting a pirate he was sent to jail with his father. They werent in the same cell the prison was almost empty and Jess was completely alone. The prison was on a big mountain in north blue. He was in the lower cells where it was very cold. Jess was just sitting in the corner doing nothing. The only thing that he had before the attack was a ace of spades card.

After 5 years in jail Jess was tired. Tired of doing nothing for whole 5 years! Suddenly he stood up and took his staff. He pinched himself till blood came out. He coloured himself with blood around his eyes and mouth so that he looked like a clown. He then turned around to the wall and yelled. ''Ladies and gentleman! HAHIHIHIHIHI!!! You are about to see the great JESS...ter.'' Jess let out another laugh and started with the ''show'' to the ''audiance'' In his mind he was on his boat giving a preformance for some passing merchants.

Thats what he was doing for the past 5 months his life was happy aggain he was truly... Mad. He was running around doing strange preformances, singin, spinnig his staff and anything that he wanted to. Until one day. He heard gunfire, the clanking of swords and screaming... It sounded like a battle field out there. Jess smiled and leaned to the ''audiance'' ''The show is over friends hahahahahah!!!'' Jess heard foot steps and ran to the door. The door suddenly oppened. ''Hello there gents'' Jess said to the 2 man standing infront of him. Jess laughed and ran to the gate. There were alot of marine bodies everywhere. Jess saw some pirates standing at the entrance so he decided to just run thru the entrance and hide or something... Thinking wasnt really his thing. When he ran thru the gate he sudenly stopped. A blinding light made him fall to his knees. He opened his eyes again and he saw the sun. He took a breath of fresh air and ran down the mountain with a huge grin on his face.

Personality: Jess is the guy that will never stop with jokes he alllways smiles even when his life is ending. He never showes hatred or jealousy or almost any emotion except of happines. If his friends are in danger or if anyone dies that was close to him he just smiles and forgets about it. He has a strange personality. He likes to say. Every wound can be healed by laughter. When in battle he is very cruel...

How would someone be able to keep a staff that can spout sleeping gas with them inside a jail cell without it being taken away?

Why that big of a bounty? Chopper only had a 50 beli bounty for being affiliated with pirates, not 2 million.

Agility doesn't really have much of anything to do with running for miles and not getting tired.

Besides that, I suppose it looks alright.
