Devil Fruit: Rotto Rotto no Mi
Type: Paramecia
Effect: Rotto-Rotto no Mi allows the user to rot their skin and any actual organs (Heart etc) and grow new organs and skin at will. Whenever they take damage to their skin and organs, they can rot their skin and grow it again so that they will get rid of the damage. When they turn into their skeleton form, they have an increndibly increased speed and are able to jump high. They can also rot half of their body to get half increase in speed. That makes the fruit look like it is a Zoan type as it has a normal, a semi-rotted and a fully rotted form, but it is a Paramecia as it does not allow the user to transform into an animal. Note: When the user is under sea-stone effect, their form remains the same it was when they were engulfed with it but they can't use the ability to restore themselves to their normal form until they get freed from it.
DISADVANTAGES: The problem with the healing process is that the user cannot rot his own bones or grow them again, so that makes it unable for him to restore damage to bones. Also, if the user's brain is destroyed while in their normal form, they cannot think of turning into their skeleton form for obvious reasons and thus they die.

-Punch: A common technique that Hugh uses. The man punches his enemies with a swift punch.
-Rotten Punch: A variation of Hugh's Punch technique. Hugh rots the skin on his hand to increase the speed of his punch attack greatly.
-Kick: A common technique that Hugh uses. The man kicks his enemies with a swift kick.
-Rotten Kick: A variation of Hugh's Kick technique. Hugh rots the skin on his leg to increase the speed of his kick attack greatly.
