Matry Matry No Mi

Name: Matry Matry No Mi (Couldn't find any decent translations. Matry is derived from Matryoshka dolls, also known as Nesting dolls.)
Capabilities: The Matry Matry No Mi turns it's user into a Nesting Man. The user can remove layers from his body in the form of hollow casings shaped like himself. The casings are absolutely useless, motionless, and will crumble with the slightest of touches. After removing a layer, the user shrinks in size, just like a nesting doll. This ability can be used for various causes, such as altering the user's size, but the main advantage of this ability is the ability to survive fatal blows and remove physical damage of varying levels. After the user is hit by a physical attack, such as a sword slash or a bullet, by peeling the outer layers of his body, he can remove the damage that was done along with it, thus surviving the attack. The amount of layers that a user is capable of peeling varies from user to user, and can be increased with practice. With each layer removed, the user shrinks by X/(Y+1). X stands for the user's original size. Y stands for the amount of layers he is capable of peeling. (Ex. a user that is capable of shedding 9 layers will shrink to a tenth of his size after all the layers have been peeled.) Additionally, the user becomes physically weaker with every layer that is removed. The reduction of strength is calculated in the same manner as the size reduction. The amount of layers that is needed to be removed in order to survive a certain amount of damage depends on the severity of the damage. Layers that were removed grow back while the user is sleeping.
