Name in Japanese (translation): Kuiki Kuiki No Mi (Domain Domain Fruit)
Capabilities: The user of this fruit is bestowed a wondrous power; the ability to create fields of the stagnation and repulsion varieties. However, the user can only create these fields within a range of 10 feet from their body. After creation, the fields can be moved around if they are within 10 feet of the user's body, otherwise they will either stay in place or move as they were before they left the control radius. These fields can be made into shapes two or three dimensional. A two dimensional shape exerts it's effect on an outside force by coming into contact with it; a three dimensional shape exerts its effect on all things touching and inside of it. The size of the field is limited by the control/creation radius, and the user's skill in controlling this ability. A beginner can only create fields with a radius 1/10th the size of the creation radius, a semi-skilled user can create fields with a radius 3/10ths the size of the creation radius, an expect can create fields 3/5ths the size of the creation radius. Only one field can be active at a time, however, a created field can be deactivated without banishing it. A deactivated field cannot be moved and is invisible to everyone except the user. If a field is deactivated while moving it is stopped and will not move. The deactivation process takes almost no time. The user also cannot have both types of fields existing at one time. If a stagnation field is created while a repulsion field is active or deactivated (and vice versa) the original field-type is removed from existence. The user can effect himself by the fields. There is a maximum of three deactivated fields set at once. No barrier can be created to surround more than one of the user's sides at a single time, so they cannot be completely protected by any one wall.

A stagnation field affects all matter that comes into contact with it, and has different effects on living beings (excluding the user). Anything affected by the stagnation field loses it's momentum and force after passing through the field. All kinetic energy is lost by an object as soon as it touches the field. Living beings that touch a stagnation field are slowed to a third of their speed for three posts after coming in contact with a field, however, they deactivate the field by touching it. The user can trap a living being inside the field by forcing it to remain active, however, this requires concentration. The amount of focus required is so intense that the user can break concentration simply by moving (non-voluntary movements such as breathing do not count, neither does talking) or being touched. When the user comes in contact with a stagnation field all momentum the user carries is lost. Stagnation fields are colored green.

A repulsion field responds the same way to living and non-living matter. Anything that touches a repulsion field is pushed away from the field; the strength of the repulsion depends on the force behind the moving object. If the moving object carries a large amount of force behind it, it is pushed back harder than an object carrying little force. The minimum amount an object can be moved back is ten feet. The user can choose whether or not to be affected by an active repulsion field, however, they cannot deny any other object rejection. Repulsion fields are colored red.

Type: Paramecia
