Name: Neko Neko no Mi – Model Raiju

Effect: Allows the user to transform into a Were and full thunder beast, the mythical Raiju. The main strength of the fruit is that it turns the user into a cute neko in half zoan form. The more practical strength is that it grants the user the ability to create and manipulate lightning. Understandably, the user is rendered immune to electric damage and they can even use electric currents as a mount to ride through the air and cross distances at incredible speed. Then there are the general physical boosts from being a large, carnivorous cat, like being incredibly cute.

0% Static cling.
10% The user can turn into a Raiju; effectively a large, demonic tiger-like animal wrapped in lightning. This form increases the user’s Perception by 10%, but the user runs the risk of losing themselves to their animal instincts; such as the Raiju becoming excited during thunderstorms, a strong dislike of incense, or the temptation of more cat-like traits. Lightning usage is iffy; the user is wrapped in the stuff in zoan form, but they can’t necessarily control it.
20% Can access hybrid form, which increases Speed and Agility by 3%. The user can now summon and control electricity at a respectable level.
30% The user can be considered actually dangerous now, the hybrid form boosts all physical stats by 4%, and the full zoan boosts Strength, Endurance and Perception by 7%.
40% The user has far more control over their fruit; they can control most of the more annoying instincts, and their control over lightning is fine-tuned enough that they can freely create and manipulate lightning with minor effort.
50% The user can use their control over electricity to temporarily supercharge their muscular and nervous systems, boosting their speeds and reactions beyond superhuman (+100% speed) for up to endurance/10 posts. However, the user must wait 5 posts before using it again, due to the stress such rapid, fine-tune manipulation puts on their body; the same stress that prevents them from actually realizing the full power of the state, limiting them to increased speed. For this reason, it was affectionately named Storm Ascension.
60% Awakened zoan: The user’s hybrid and full zoan states now boosts all physical stats except endurance by 5%, and perception and endurance are boosted by 10%. Regeneration techniques will work even if the user is unconscious. The user now has enough experience to use all techniques while in their Storm Ascension state, including the exclusive ones with the full force of her boosted speed behind it.
70% The cooldown for Storm Ascension drops to 1 post. The user has near full control over their animal instincts, and can easily melt and manipulate metals through lightning control.
80% The user’s lightning attacks are so powerful and massive, that they can overwhelm even strong insulators through if not sheer electrical force, from the heat that so much electricity will produce.
90% The user’s half and full zoan forms boosts all physical stats by 20%. They can create an endless amount of lightning, with enough power to destroy anything short of seastone given enough time.
100% Full mastery of the fruit, the user has the power and control to create city-wide lightning storms with little charge time, and the Raiju's instincts are just a dull voice at the back of their minds, instead of threatening to consume them.
