Appearance: Edward is a short, very muscular kid. He never wears a shirt and wears long shorts that go past his knees. His hair is a long brown and is tied back into a pony tail trailing halfway down his back. He always carries two swords on his back, one long katana drawn over his head, and a short sword tied horizontally on his waist. He has a tattoo over his heart in the shape of a shield and has actually had a piece of steel inserted inside of him under his tattoo to protect his heart from other swordsman.

History: Edward was born and raised on a traveling entertainment ship that sailed all over the south blue. His parents were acrobats and from them he learned many acrobatic tricks and stunts. He was quickly drawn in by the people who worked with swords and started learning basics about swords from the sword swallowers and stuntmen. After learning a bit he began to talk to the mercenaries the troupe hired to defend them on their trips about learning the way of the blade and they jumped at the opportunity as they were usually bored on these trips.
Pretty soon Edward was defending the ship with them and began to develop his own personal acrobatic swordplay. Using his flexibility he could easily dodge opponents blades in ways that would leave them exposed in ways they didn’t know possible. He is very quick on his feet and would take many opponents on at once and soon was outdoing the mercenaries on the ship. He began to grow bored of the lack of decent opponents when he beat the best swordsman of the mercenaries. He began to feel the urge to fight more and more often and was having trouble holding it back.
When he turned 19 he decided it was too risky for him to stay on the ship any longer and that it was time for him to move on. He borrowed a lifeboat from his troupe and set off to satisfy his cravings for battle

Personality: Edward us usually pretty serious but can still have a good time. If he senses a fight breaking out he will join no matter whats going on, whether it be pirates and marines or a scuffle between children. He feels like he has to fight and he has to win. He is almost always scouting his surrounding area as well, just in case a fight does break out, he would like to be familiar with the area the best that he can be. He usually is flexing and stretching and working out to improve his swordsmanship hoping to become better than everyone.

Special Abilities: flexability and quick reflexes, is very strong and fast but underestimates almost all of his opponents

Learned Techniques : slow motion charge- Edward walks towards the opponent, using his flexibility to try and dodge all the attacks thrown at him and finding an opening on the opponent as close to his as possible to do the max amount of damage possible
Weapons/Items: his two swords

Goals: To fight and win against the best of the fighters in the world

Please don't reference Cabaji in your history, as he is a canon character.

Quantify how strong/fast he is, please. It doesn't have to be exact, but a solid estimation would be appreciated.

It's not particularly fair to simply "dodge all attacks" during a technique, and a period of invincibility like that would be considered auto-dodging. Either change that or remove the technique entirely.

I'd also like you add a few more lines onto personality, so it reaches four lines or so.
