History:
"???" Came from a unknown past, that is known about him that the world government found him in laboratory with full of weird marks all over the place. He was found on a operation table with a hose attached to his arm into his blood vein that transferred some black liquid into him (black blood).

But before this day came he had a quite happy life with the scientist he lived with (the scientist kidnapped him as a newborn child and took care of him for the experiments). At that time he talked and remember his name ( Spoiler of his Real name Rihan, but in the rp he wont know the name thats why he must be given one so he got one atleast).
The scientist was a cruel cold blooded man that acted nice to the kid to just get what he wanted to do with him, he tested the blood from the kid and mixtured it with hundreds of diffrent blood types from other species aswell... then injected it into the kid... that where his trauma began... the blood made the kid scream of pain as if knives was cuting through his veins from the inside and tried to crack his skeleton...
He tried to escape but wasn't fast enough to escape from the hands of the scientist... years passed and the kid endured the torture more... and more and more... until he fell unconscious and there he was ... unable to do anything... his feelings, hunger everything!
Fading slwoly away thanks to the scientist... in his thoughts he just thought "why me... ... where am i? .... ... who am i? .... ... ... what am i?" The histories of his past and everything was destroyed... he didn't remember anyone or anything...
After when the scientist was done he left the island and left the kid with the last blood bag attached to him... and thought "eh... he will die either way..." and so.. he left the kid to die on his experiments...
[That day]
The marine thought it was awful and took off the hose from his arm and took him quickly away from there... After 1 and a half week the kid woke up in one of the marines bases, they were waiting for a vice admiral to get there to see what had happen to the kid. When the marine saw the kid’s eyes they notice they were different... the right was normal light blue eye, and the other wasn't the same color, the white part was black and the color part of the eyes was unnatural yellow, but he was blind with that eye for some reason.

The doctors did a body check on him and checked every single part of his body and they didn't find anything wrong with him or the reason on why he was blind on his left eye, they just couldn't explain it, but that wasn't the only thing they couldn't explain.... his blood was both red and black....

When the doctors talked to the marines that found the kid, they said that they wanted to take the kid one more time and do some experiments, but what they didn't expect was that the kid hearing was better than a normal person’s so he heard them... next minute the kid had disappeared... 

The marines found out that the kid had run away somewhere ... they checked the whole base not a trace... then the captain that found him thought he must have returned... when they went back to that island it was on fire... and the kid had disappeared...

Now he's on a journey to find out about one thing that he doesn't remember or know... What was his name?? 

Personality:
??? is a rather silent kid.... no to be more precise hes Mute... He can't talk at all(he haven't learned to talk).
He's rather a lone person that doesn't like being with people, hes more like a shy kid that don't know what he really should do.
Easily he can get distracted by some small animal like a frog or something like that. He hates all kind of doctors, Scientist and for some reason spicy food...

Special Abilities:

• Night vision: his left eyes can see in the dark. Weakpoint: when its dark he can see humans weak point with his left eye but can only use it in 60 seconds before he cries blood from the eye and cant see, and doesnt heal until three days have passed (1 turn then hes blind with that eye until next chapter or chapters). 
  
• Enhanced Strength. (he's able to break stones with his fist, and leave a fist mark on metal/steel but it cost a price he break his hand because of it...)
  
• Immense Speed. (He can sometimes push on his speed to make him or his sword disappear for 1 second but can only do it once before he becomes completely worn out and faints...)
  
• Average Endurance. ( he can easily get tired because he hasn't trained his body fully yet...)

Learned Techniques (Keep it 1-25):

• Kousaka Slash: his usual finishing attack. A powerful downard slash that can literally peel the thin side of a leaf into two halves. When used against opponents, He usually doesn't aim to kill so it usually cuts their clothes or weapon. Even then, the force of the attack is usually enough to stun them.
  
  
• Kousaka Ryuu: Samidare Shuriken (Kousaka Style: Summer Rain Shuriken): A technique where his launches multiple shuriken at once. Hes skill with this is so great that he can even change their trajectory and flight path of the Shuriken while they're still in the air. 
  
  
• Super Sonic Slash: his basic attack. He draws his sword and strikes hes opponenent before resheathing his sword so quickly that when the sound actually reaches the opponent, the technique is already finished. This technqiue can be used multiple times in rapid succession.
  
  
• Seikūken: A defensive technique where she controls the entire radius around him equal to the total striking distance of his sword. As a result.
  Because of its size, although Seikuken is a primarily defensive skill, he can use in offensively to shred and cut apart anything within his Seikuken.
  
  
• Hiken - Usuba Kagero (Secret Sword Technique - Thin Blade Kagero): An extremely fast sword Iaido technique that creates the illusion that multiple distorted swords are all attacking the enemy at the same time and strikes the opponent innumerable number of times.
  
  
• Storm: This attack uses the air itself to slash the target from a distance. To initiate it, ??? first holds one of his swords horizontally above the shoulder of his sword arm, and then performs a circular swing that launches the air compressed projectile spiraling towards the target.
  
  
• Tsuki: ??? launches from his sword a crescent moon-like projectile of compressed air to the opponent with great speed.
  
  
• Ikanari Raijuki: A technique in which the user slashes an opponent at such a fast pace that it appears that they didn't attack at all (in fact, to the casual observer it would look like the user simply walked past the victim). Only when a certain amount of time has passed, which is approximate to the time the user walks ten feet away, or three steps (verses, as the name suggests), does their opponent only realize the attack. It seems to employ elements of iai (instant sword-draw-and-resheath) since it is generally initiated (though not always) with the user moving towards the intended target(s) with a naked blade and walks past them before sheathing it back. It is usually at this point that the victims start manifesting and feeling the effects of this high-speed attack. The actual attack itself however, is never seen clearly due to the speed implemented. The technique is highly versatile, since with it, the user can slash multiple targets at once and if they so wish, the damage they inflict can be as fatal or as incapacitating as they like.

Having an absurd level of strength and being able to talk to animals are special abilities, not parts or personality.

What exactly, does your "weak point" technique even do? It's awfully vague right now.

Things like immense strength, enhanced speed and such should be defined further. Immense strength could be an awful big variety of things, so further elaboration is in order. Same for the others.

Techs: "merges with her sword" <--- What does that even mean?

The character in general is awfully powerful. You should cut down on that a little.
