Appearance: he has electric blue hair, which looks like he has stuck his fingers in a stick contact, he has one bionic eye, which has x-ray, so he can cover it with an eye patch which he does, his entire body is made of a titanium which is covered with a synthetic skin layer, he looks like a normal 2 meter high parson, but inside he is half man and half machine, he has bionic lungs and heart, so he doesn't get tired at all, his brain, genitals, guts, teeth, and right eye is the only human things that is left in him.
He wears green overall, black shoes and a white t-shirt and welding goggles on his forehead.

History: he was born the human known as Franklin, he was born in the West blue, he lived like a normal boy who has rich parents, but at the age of ten there was an explosion in the school, where he went, he was the only survivor, but he was badly injured, the only way to save his life was if he was made a cyborg, and his parents choose to make him a cyborg.
All the skeleton was changed out with a special metal that expanded at the normal speed of a normal person, so he does not look like a little ten year old boy all the time, but he had to change out the machinery one every 20 year, but something went wrong one his first machine change, some of the organs was damaged, like his heart lungs and left eye, so they were changed out with bionic instruments, like a bionic eye with x-ray, his lungs where replaced with special made motors, which went on human food, he can never get tired, his heart never stop, if he keeps eating like a normal human.
After the school he went on, was rebuilt, he was bullied at school for being a cyborg, even the school staff made fun of him, the cafeteria lady said stuff like, "would you like screws or bolds for desert" and the students said stuff like "did you lose a screw" or "would like a hard snack, or would you just chew on a nail" then he suddenly got enough, and after one more insult he was put in jail for 30 years for killing everyone on the school, but he broke out with the help of the electro magnets in his hands, he pulled out the metal bars in the cell door, he has been trawling ever since.

Personality: he has all the feelings as a normal person, but he can express them, he like all of the food in the world, he dislikes when someone makes fun of him for being a cyborg, if someone says like "would you like a glass of oil or do you prefer fuel on the rocks" then he gets so pissed off that he kills the person without a piece of compassion, the only thing that calms him down is a blue print for a new machine or weapon. When it comes to animals he is scared of small sized animals, but he likes big sized animals.

No, the name does not say it all. With a more literal meaning, it could be the same as your third technique. It could be a two handed hammerblow, or it could just be punching someone really hard. Description is needed.
