Both arms: His both arms look like this. The are made out of metal so RB14 uses them as weapons aswell. There are small thrusters on the elbows that make his punches stronger

Left arm: His left arm can turn into a gatling gun that shoots normal bullets. It over heats if it is used in 4 posts. And it cools down in 3.
Right arm: The right arm has the power of the Pika Pika no Mi that allows the robot to shot lasers out of it. The right hand has a tube in the middle of the palm that shoots Pika pika no mi beams out of it. This is his main weapon and it can over heat.
weapon special abilities: The right arm contains the Pika Pika no Mi.
