Appearance: Vergil stands at 6ft 9inches tall and has large round yellow eyes and razor sharp teeth. Vergil has dark grey skin with a jagged red line down his back. Vergil has a toned 6 pack and a small nose and wide mouth full of razor sharp teeth his face is narrow and he has gills on his shoulders. Vergil has medium black hair which he leaves messy and hangs down just over the top of his ears and eyes. Vergil has long sharp nails on his fingers and wears black shorts with a blood red wave pattern around the bottom and a red sun at the top on the right side and a black acoustic guitar which is tinted red, has a bite mark out of the bottom of it and hangs around his body by a black strap. Vergil has a tattoo of the Drop Dead Pirates on his back with the blood leading out of the top of the head and round through the bottom of the skull down his right arm to his to his wrist where he it ends in a puddle.
History: Vergil grew up eating nothing but meat and as seen as a bully due to the fact that he always found himself hungry and when he was he would take a bite out of someone as it seemed the right thing to do. Being a piranha Vergil never knew any other way to catch food as he was never taught. Vergil’s parents received many complaints about him biting people, Vergil was told that he needed to stop it he was offered many different things as outlet for his biting. Vergil’s parents had trouble finding an outlet until they saw him drumming a tune out, they bought him an acoustic guitar which he took a liking to straight away, after he realised it wasn’t food. Vergil began strumming it happily and spent many days with it learning how to play it. By the age of 14 he had composed many of his own songs and began busking around town, he enjoyed bringing his music to everyone and was happy he was also getting paid for it too. One day when he was busking he was asked by a pirate if he wanted to join his crew, Vergil didn’t know what to say until his music ability was complimented. Vergil nodded and took to the seas with this man and sailed the seas with him at the age of 15. Throughout his adventure at sea he was tattooed with the Drop Dead pirates tattoo as a mark of the crew and travelled the world playing songs to each and every person he came across he protected his captain and was even involved in an attack on Enies Lobby. The crew we’re trying to rescue a crew member but as they stormed the island they we’re all killed off except for the captain who retreated in fear of death. Vergil could see that this crew was no more and retreated with his captain. He was shot in the back and fell to the ground, he could see his captain disappear and thought this was the end for him until he woke up in a small row boat bandaged up with his captain looking down at him. Vergil then sat up thanked him and passed out, his captain thought he had died and left. Vergil was buried as it was thought he was dead, when Vergil woke up buried and surrounded by earth he began digging his way out and only just managed to climb out from the ground. Escaping death Vergil then knew he had to find a another crew to join but due to his depression he wasn’t ready to swim off to find civilisation he just sat down and began to play one of his many songs which gave him hope.
Personality: Vergil lives his life on hope and luck, he doesn’t like planning things and will often play music when he’s alone. Vergil hates show offs despite the fact that he is one, he is a virtuoso and has a natural gift for music. Vergil doesn’t like listening to orders but will do what he is told when the matter is serious he isn’t afraid of death and doesn’t care about what he does to his enemies. Vergil wants to find love with a mermaid but has difficulty finding one as he is often viewed as a thug.
