Ulysses has long, stringy, grey hair that would flows down past the center of his back it was straight. His hair slightly curls at the ends and he has a scraggly beard. He wears dirty Chinese clothing and wears a beige, tattered cloak with a straw farmer's hat wherever he goes. He has bandages around his forearms and wrists, wears shoes that have metal plating on some areas, and carries a flask filled with alcohol around his waist at all times. Ulysses has strong muscles for his age, standing at five foot ten. He has a scar running down chest.

History: When Ulysses was a child, he was very carefree and spoiled. He was pampered to his every whim and wore silk clothing. He never went to a public school, he was tutored from his home. His parents never let him step outside his house for even a split second so Ulysses lived a sheltered life. He didn't know about poverty, natural disasters happening in the world, or wars that happened in the past. No one knew what he was going through, but they envied Ulysses so. To others, he was living in a paradise. But to Ulysses, it was just a fancy, gold cage that kept him locked out from the world. He knew that his parents were keeping him away from the dirt and grime of life but Ulysses found out about a portion of it after he found a history book about a war. He read it and craved more of the enigmas of history's past! So he had his servants bring him books about history and war related. His parents caught wind of his secret book stash, burned the books, and confronted their son. Since he knew about the bad things about life, they decided it was time for him to go to a public school. At the age of 16, Ulysses graduated from high school and went into university, where he studied philosophy. He was at the top of his class and was hated by his classmates because of his big brain and his attitude towards others. They decided to beat him up and leave him in an alley. They almost did it except their plan backfired when a tall, dark man came in and taught them a lesson in fighting. Ulysses thanked the stranger, but he didn't say one word. The only thing the stranger did was hand Ulysses many books about philosophy and martial arts styles. Ulysses questioned the stranger's intentions but immediately went home and read them. He studied the martial arts books through his teen years and up to his middle age years. At the age of 56, Ulysses was caught in a bar fight. He didn't know how to fight at first, but then his body started to act on its own. He took down every fighter in the bar but didn't know how he did it. One of them was a marine captain. He was the most feared person in the North Blue, no one dared to even cross his path. But he was humiliated by a middle aged man with scraggly hair, so he put a small bounty on his head. Meanwhile, Ulysses soon came to a conclusion that "Whatever you mind forgets, your body will remember." He felt on top of the world that day, but got a wound on his chest that formed a scar. He aged peacefully, but felt rather unfulfilled. Ulysses wanted to see old world blues, he wanted to see a torn war site for himself. He spent 29 years searching the North Blue's islands on a ship that he drove himself for anything but found no luck. He decided needed to expand his horizons, he needed to get into the Grand Line and see the world.

Personality: Ulysses is a common drunk man. He can't go an hour without drinking alcoholic beverages. He could drink a whole keg of rum and still ask for more! When Ulysses is sober, he is the wisest man you'll ever meet. Studying tactics and reading philosophical books helped him become the wise man he is today. He has a habit of stroking his beard whenever he thinks and wakes up at 4:00am just to practice his martial arts skills. Sober Ulysses is serious and often chuckles at other peoples' questions that he deems stupidly funny. Whenever Ulysses is drunk, he loosens up a lot. He laughs a lot, is much more jolly and loses all of his seriousness whatsoever. On the bright side, Drunk Ulysses is much more capable in fighting than Sober Ulysses but sometimes he attacks the wrong person because he's drunk. Ulysses has a strong, undying loyalty to his friends and elders, so whenever they're in trouble Ulysses will help them out in a pinch.

-Cannonball- Ulysses swings his head back and then forward to strike his opponent with his head
-Coiling Snake- When Ulysses' opponent punches, Ulysses' arm curls around the punching arm and strikes the side of the rib
-Diving Crane- While high in the air, Ulysses dives down feet first at his enemy.
-100 Striking Fists- Ulysses targets a larger enemy and strikes him or her with a punch to the gut that stuns him or her momentarily, then delivers 99 rapid punches.
-Drunken Stance- Ulysses drinks alcohol and becomes drunk. While in this stance, he becomes harder to hit and has 100% of his strength.
-Monkey's Flip- Ulysses jumps onto an enemy then jumps off of him or her with great force, knocking the victim backwards violently but Ulysses is unharmed upon landing.
-Boulder Splitting Wave- Ulysses puts as much strength as he can into one knife-hand strike to the chest. The impact can be strong enough to split boulders.
-Big Dipper Muscle Freezer- Ulysses delivers a kick that, on impact, paralyses all the muscles in the body for one post.
-Thunder Snake Bite- Ulysses rushes up to his opponent to deliver a strike to the neck with the upper palm of his hand
-Big Dipper Column Breaker- Ulysses punches the person so hard, the person at a maximum of 1 meter behind him or her will feel 50% of the impact.
-Big Dipper Tiger-Dragon Attack- Ulysses hits the enemy's chest with his cupped hands with enough strength to send an average man flying away 5 meters.
-Dai Shou- Much like Big Dipper Tiger-Dragon Attack, but it uses one open palm to strike the enemy. It's less powerful but still can send an average man 2 meters back.

Character Flaws:
-Drunkard- He loves drinking. He'll deplete your ship of every single drop of alcohol there is in a snap
-Calm Heart- Sober Ulysses will never attack ANYONE. He'll just dodge attacks until he becomes drunk
-Uncouth- Drunk Ulysses has poorly chosen words that often get him into tight situations.
-Pocket Dimension Stomach- Ulysses' stomach is like a whole other dimension with no end to it, he'll always feel a bit peckish wherever he goes.
-No More Rum?- No rum makes Ulysses hysterical....
-Sleepyhead- Ulysses may fall asleep at odd times.

Goals: Die accomplishing his goal of seeing Old World Blues.

Alright just two small things needed to be changed.

1. in his story it says he was given a small bounty, yet you mistakenly put 0.

2. I don't agree with the mountain splitting wave, as an attack that can split mountains might be a bit much.
