Weapon Name: Smoke Flails
Description: Two small flails that emit a cloud of smoke. The flails have a wooden handle about a foot long, and a chain about 1.5 feet long. The ball on the end has about a 6 inch diameter, and has 5 equally spaced, one inch spikes on it. The ball is also partially hollow and has holes in it. A special material burns without a flame in this hollow portion, and emits a very thick smoke. When the balls are swung they make a low humming sound from the air whooshing through the holes, also trails of smoke follow the path of the ball, soon enveloping the area.
Weapon Special Abilities: Emit smoke cloud
History: Used by "Cigar" Garlum, but were taken by Seryu after he killed Garlum for his bounty.
