Capabilities: The user of the nikkoo nikkoo no mi needs some kind of solar source to charge his or her powers. This can be a direct sunlight (it doesnt have to be a sunlight like the one in summer, which burns the skin, it can be any kind of sunlight, even the one that comes through a foggy day in winter or through clouds.) or it can also be moonlight (moonlight is a reflection of the sun's sunlight by the moon), but in this case it has to be direct moonlight, it cant be through fog or clouds. For example in an indoors environment, the light from the sun has bounced on many things to get in, so the user can still absorb it that way. The user of this fruit has the ability to control the sunlight's properties: as sun brings to the world both, light and heat energy, the user can use his/her powers to shoot beams of concentrated light energy, using this as direct harming attacks or attacks that blind people, or the user can use the heat energy rays to burn things and persons (at night, only the light beams can be used, since the moonlight doesnt transmit much heat energy) ,they can also be used in other forms and shapes. (Gear Second): This can only be used after the user has taken part on 3 threads. Since the user of this fruit is able to keep all the energy, heat and light inside his body as receptor, the user is now able to use the energy inside his body as well. This allows him to use the extra energy inside his body to move at soru speeds, increase his endurance and the strenght behind his attacks, not only while running but also when performing attack Also, the heat energy doesnt harm him in the inside so his punches and physical attacks now scorch the foe's skin if they're hit, in this state he burns what he touches.
The effect of the gear second when he has taken part from 3-5 threads is of 5 posts, from 6-9 threads of 10 posts. In this two phases, after using the gear second the user is left (*cough* as a piece of crap *cough*) in a state of exhaustion where they can hardly move and their skin turns prun or raisin-like.
