WARNING! All members of Clockwork Pirates we shall be fighting against 2 of Gael's Marines in this chapter so good luck to you all

(A day after their depart from Foosha Village)

In the rain the Time Goes was flying through the sky till the clouds grew dark and dangerous looking, a large lightning bolt shot down in front of the ship. Kyren lowered the ship to the sea as the winds where becoming fairly strong. Kyren didn't want to try and fly in the sky when a storm was beginning. As the Time Goes touched down to the sea the ship was knocked about a little bit by the waves, Kyren steadied himself, he could see another ship in the distance but only the outline could be made out. Kyren liked the rain against his skin and stood at the front of his ship looking out over the sea. The sound of thunder echoed over the sea the thunder and lighting got closer and 3 more bolts of lighting shot down around the Time Goes. Kyren could see lightning crashing down into the sea all around.

The rain got heavier and began pounding the deck so hard it began to sound like it was slapping the ground and Kyren's naked torso, his hair became limp and begun to hang down his head, he could feel rain covering his body and soaking him wet. Kyren kept hold of the steering wheel and smiled, he was ready to brave the sea and its dangers. Another bolt of lightning came crashing down right the Time Goes and Kyren jumped a little before returning to steering, he felt a little cold due to the rain but decided he could deal with it, it was only rain.

"Kyren! We need to steer clear of this storm as quickly as possible. I don't think the ship was built with lightning strikes in mind! Also, there is another ship up ahead of us. I can't tell if it is a marine vessel or a pirate ship. We best prepare for the worst!" Uta got down from the crow's nest as quickly as he could. The wind blew his hair and clothes violently. He too was ready for whatever was thrown at the crew. His only fear was of the ship capsizing. That wouldn't do well for anyone. He ran up to the helm with to Kyren. "Your orders, Captain?"

Kyren realised Uta climb down and asked his orders and Kyren looked at him then confessed, "To be totally honest I have no idea what to do, I'm not exactly experienced in sailing the seas especially not through storms." Kyren saw another bolt strike down just in front of the ship. "Also I know I can make out a ship in the distance too, but I have no idea what ship it is, but I think we should worry about the storm first, we can't fly in these conditions. the only orders I can give you is get someone who knows what they're doing. Cause I don't." Kyren felt the Time Goes pulling to the left and turned it to the right A large lightning bolt struck on the right and he the turned it back left. Kyren's satchel was being blown behind Kyren and he could feel it trying to break free. Rain dribbled down his face then he turned to Uta and said with a smile "How about a song?"

"Got it, but i'm playing it inside because I can't get my violin wet. It shouldn't be too hard to hear, though. Your ship has surprisingly good acoustics." With that, Uta headed inside to his room. He was sure that all of the other crew members were awake by then.

He tuned his violin and began playing. He started with "Rain rain go away" as a joke but then just moved on to an improv section. He knew the perfect recipe for a rainy day song: not too fast, not too slow; best to not play in a minor key; an upbeat modern-style tune meant for cheering people up was what appeared in his mind. Uta played, the music coursing throughout the ship as it passed through the storm. A thought passed through his head while he was playing, something that he was asked yesterday. Yes, Wolfgang. I am a musician.

Kyren could hear Uta playing music from his room below and smiled when he began playing rain rain go away. Kyre shouted at the sky "Yes indeed rain, go away and come back another day!" As Uta changed the tune Kyren found himself rocking from side to side as he steered on through the storm, the dark clouds above, rough seas, violent lightning and thunderously loud thunder which echo over the seas. Kyren felt the rain pelting his face harder and began squinting to stop the rain getting his eyes as much. He shut his eyes and looked away then opened them again to see the ship in the distance ad gotten closer but he still couldn't make it out very well and thought to himself. I could use a scout. Kyren then put that thought aside and shouted to Uta "If you know the song Binks Sake, can you play that, its a classic pirate song and I enjoy singing along to it!"

annachie had been up most of the night at the morning just doing general stuff and he couldnt sleep, he was also doing some stuff for delphi. he walked back into his room from the kitchen and said to delphi kissing her "good morning my love, i have brought you breakfast and your clothes." in one arm he held a tray with her breakfast on, he held it like a waiter. in his other arm were delphis clothes cleaned and folded he also had folded up a beautiful purple dress he had picked up in the last village when he had stormed off, he hadnt shown it to delphi yet.

ken's training was not distracted by the rain, he was barely fazed as he began to use katana tama off the side of the boat. soon after he began practicing other moves as he sliced threw the rain. hearing the tune he smiled as he felt slightly at ease and powered to train harder.

deer was inside working on a few maps and improving on wilfreds voice box, suddenly he too heard the music. listening he finnally finished on the last improvment and decided to go implant it. carrying it delicately he walked through the hallways to find the voiceless cyborg.

Wolfgang awoke on the floor with a thump. The ship's rough landing had thrown him off of his bed, so he didn't have the best mindset to start a day. He sauntered over to his desk, pulling two draws open and pulling the white dress shirt he had worn a few days ago out of one, and his black formal pants from the other. He wiggled into the dressed shirt, buttoning it up and pulled the pants on with a sigh.

He then searched through another drawer, finding a pair of white socks which he pulled on as well and finally picked up his black boots and strapped them on to both feet. The storm gave way to a violin's sweet music, Wolfgang could only grin as he sat at his desk and load each of his four guns. He had cleaned them the night before while 'Time Goes On' was still drifting through the sky.

Wolfgang sighed in relief, each gun was loaded and he strapped the suspender/holster mix around his body. He placed the two revolvers into the holsters near his hips and the Berettas in the holsters near his ribs. Next, he strapped an ammo belt around his pants and finally he pulled his Winter Coat off of the back of the chair. He slung it around himself and drew the hood up, the rain wouldn't do him any favors. Without any further ado, Wolfgang head up to the deck of the ship...

Kyren saw Ken training and smiled at him, he was happy to see another crew member braving the rain. He could see the thunder and lightning was getting worse and worse by the minute and felt worried the next strike would hit his ship.

Wilfred was sitting in his room fixing together small cogs making small timed bombs he could use for sabotage. He was good at it and enjoyed plotting his revenge on the marines, he was still awaiting a voice implant but he didn't mind waiting.

Kyren heard what Wolfgang said then felt a little unnerved as he thought to himself, if this is a marine ship we could be in trouble. "Well if this is a marine ship I guess it'll give us a chance to show off how strong we are." Kyren smiled hiding his worry then he turned to face Wolfgang and said "Its nice to see another crew member daring to brave the harsh sea and weather"

"Dammit!"

The yell erupted from a man lying on the deck of the silhouetted ship, clad only in pajamas and a pompom'd sleeping cap. "I can't sleep when it's raining out! The water pools under my body!" A man steering the ship looked back at him with a grin on his face. "Kirke, that's kind of the point. You shouldn't be sleeping... we've got pirates to catch, y'know?" Kirke yawned and stretched, holding a pillow in his grip. "I know, I know! But I'm just soooooooo tired, and I really want a nap before a fight. And during a fight... and after a fight... and when fights are nowhere to be found, and..."

The other Marine laughed, "I know, Kirke! You always want a nap... sorry, but you're going to have to hold off on that for now, okay?" Kirke yawned again, but then abruptly stopped. "Vice Admiral... over there. Don't you see a ship?" The Vice Admiral nodded, narrowing his eyes to see more clearly. "I see... thanks, Kirke. Good eye." He spun the wheel hard left, turning the ship to approach the other ship. Though it was rainy out and the seas were raging, justice never stopped. And it didn't look like this ship was benign, for some reason.

As the ship in the distance got closer Kyren realised it was a marine ship, he gulped then turned to Wolfgang and said "We better be ready for a fight, these guys up ahead are marines and if they know we have guys with bounties aboard we could lose our lives or crew members and I'm not exactly prepared to lose any members of my crew."

Wilfred left his room once he'd built many bombs and decided to look for deer he thought it would be easy to find him but it was more difficult than he thought. He searched deer's room.

Josh awoke to a great tune. He had heard it before but he couldn't quite figure out what it was called. He stepped outside without a top and was instantly hit by the cold rain. He ran back to his room and put some clothes on, and grabbed his weights. He went outside and quickly dropped his weights. He saw the Marine ship. He put his weights back and prepared for battle.

not finding wilfred anywhere deer sighed and began walking towards his room. opening his door he found wilfred searching in his room. in a quiet voice he said "well, there you are, ive benn upgrading the voice box and worked out a few bugs. come on lets go back to the captains room, its the only place i know where i can operate while totally undisturbed." with that he motioned for wilfred to follow him and walked back out.

Wilfred followed deer to the captain's room and laid down on his desk so deer could implant the voice box. He was excited and looking forward to being able to speak again. Wilfred gave deer a thumbs up then awaited the implant.

Kyren saw Josh running in and out on to the deck and was a little confused, but left him to it.

taking the voice box in one hand he took a look at wilfred and began thinking of where he could put the device. looking through the cogs he saw the place that was ment for the orginal design. 'to bad the orginal designer never expected my upgrades' he thought to himself as he saw a flaw in his plan, getting it in wilfred and putting him back together. processing a plan deer took his right hand and began spinning it like a buzzsaw.

(one time skip later)

deer fitted the bullet proof panel back into wilfreds chest. a few magnetic locks and pieces of scrap now kept it in place. deciding to test the new voice box he asked "how do you feel?"

Wilfred sat up and turned to face deer when he was asked how he felt he replied in a well spoken posh voice just like his voice had originally sounded before he was reconstructed. "I am fine and thank you very much for repairing my voice deer." even Wilfred was a little shocked at how his voice sounded and he then asked "Deer should we go and see captain Kyren I believe his name is and see how he is doing?"

Kyren felt his body tense up as the marines approached, he clung to the steering heel tight and tried to direct his ship away slightly to the left but it was too late as he could tell the marines had already seen him. Kyren felt his heart begin to pump as the to ships got closer and despite feeling cold from the rain he began to sweat a little bit.

Uta heard a bit of running around on the deck. He quickly ended his music session and put his violin back in its case. He reemerged on the deck of the ship. He saw that to the right of the Time Goes, a marine battleship had practically broadsided them. He would have run back in and grabbed his Wakizashi but he knew that it was already too late. They were going to fight. Uta, however, felt a strange surge of confidence run throughout his body. Adrenaline spread throughout. Uta looked at his hands. "We'll see if they've made a battleship that can withstand my powers." He walked toward the edge of the boat to face the marine ship.

Kyren saw Uta standing by the edge of ship and noticed him focusing, that's when he realised what he was trying to do and left the helm and jumped on Uta and said to him "I know what your trying to do, but don't do it. They're not attacking us yet, don't give them a reason to. If they start attacking us now then feel free to try it."

Wilfred came out on to the deck and saw Kyren on Uta speaking to him and then noticed the large marine ship and took a step back, he then whispered to Kyren "Captain, I now have my voice back thanks to deer but you do realise, there is a marine ship beside us and I have a bounty on my head."

Kyren looked at Wilfred and smiled then nodded "Yes I know, I don't want anyone attacking the ship unless they start attacking us, we don't want to give them a reason to attack us."

Wilfred nodded then stepped back into the corridor, he waited for either the ship to pass or the marines to attack.

[First Entrance: Ezekiel]

Ez tasted the condensation on his mouth as soon as it walked out of the hold. He stayed inside it for until they landed on the water. As he walked up, he too could see the ship. "Marines I take it. Seems to be a few amount." he would say. His hand was on his gladius and he had taken the hilt off, putting it in his pocket. The button was revealed. At any time if the marines neared he could unsheath and swing his gladius, using the button to extend out to the marines. But alas, he did not. He atleast thought about it. Though the look Ez had was a dead give away. His clothes, his outfit, his hair, eyes, etc. Although it shouldn't be as bad away from home town. He had sighed, knowing there was a frustration coming. He licked his lips, moistening them, and walked back down into the hold. He enjoyed Uta's tune; it was quite pleasant. Ez hummed the tune and he went to go check if his swords were hidden well, since they were not meant for combat like this. He had walked back up and leaned his back against a wall, waiting for some action whilst still having his hand on his gladius.

[First Entrance: Angelina]

There was another ship to the right of Time Goes and the left of the marine ship. It was a row boat, but what the boat was didn't. It was who was on it that mattered. The infamous RedRoseRanger Angelina Rosa. Angelina had spotted the marines, but in a storm could not shoot from a long distance. She was distant enough to where the ships only saw an outline. She attached her mechanic bow and synched it with her processing system. She ran a quick rain check with her systems, making sure everything was to boot. She activated her 0-0 vision, zooming in twice. This was the 10-10 mode, allowing her to see far enough to where the marines are clearly there. As she prepared a mechanical arrow, she postured up. Her stance was perfect, and she drew back. She needed to aim higher, and she did. After letting go the mechanical arrow would wizz through the air, having the rain as a stressful element pushing it down. The arrow would miss the marines, but would go into the ship with incredible force. The arrow would jam itself 75% in the boat before stopping. The reason why it missed was because it hit the side of the boat. Angelina drew back once more, and fired once more. She aimed incredibly high, but at an angle where the arrow would go up, then would go down on the ship. She aimed to fire it through their curtains(I forgot the name of it.) that pushed the ship forward. The one she aimed for was the middle one.

In the time which kyren had leapt on uta and let go of the steering wheel the Times Goes sailed slightly off course from where kyren was steering it and it headed for the little row boat which he hadn't seen. The sound of crushing was heard among the crashing of waves and thunder and lightning, kyren stood up and looked at the marine ship which was next to them, he could only spot 2 marines one of which was wearing pyjamas and seemed to be napping. Kyren sighed then smiled realising these guys couldnt be a threat.

Kirke yawned yet again. "Want me to board them? You shouldn't have to bother, sir. I mean, come on, look at them." The Vice Admiral chuckled. "Don't be ridiculous. We shouldn't underestimate anyone, you know. Come along, we'll both investigate." He leaped off his ship as the ship pulled close enough to the pirate ship, and landed easily on their deck. Kirke followed shortly afterwards, the pillow still in hand. "So, what might you people be doing here, eh? Kinda rough out and about... We could offer you some rooms on our ship, if you'd like." the Vice Admiral offered. "I'm Sebastian, Sebastian Derekson. Nice to meet you all."

Kyren saw the Marines board their ship and was surprised they weren't knocked into the water due to the waves bashing about so roughly. "Nice to meet you Sebastian thanks for the offer but I think we'll be fine, I'm Kyren the captain of this ship and we're just travelling to the next island to get some supplies. I see are Marines." Kyren gulped realising that closer these guys seemed more of a threat, he offered a handshake to Sebastian.

Wilfred was stood in the corridor watching the meeting between Kyren and Sebastian, Wilfred had seen Sebastian before but he couldn't remember where. Wilfred didn't want to be seen as he had a bounty on his head and knew if he was discovered aboard this ship it could lead to trouble. Wilfred turned to walk to his room. The floor was all soaking wet and the ship still being knocked around by waves, Wilfred was about to make his way to his room when a sudden jolt of the ship sent him sliding backwards out of the corridor on to the main deck between Kyren and Sebastian.

Kyren froze at what had just happened as he was left looking at Wilfred lying on the floor between himself and Sebastian. Wilfred was on his back on the floor looking up. Wilfred and Kyren at that moment both thought exactly the same thing, shit.

Cid was in the docking of the ship working on his small little airship, he had to tweek something and he had no idea what was happening above, he always got into building that much that he forgot thte whole world around it

Uta wasn't focused on Sebastian, though he couldn't possibly mean well. Uta's attention was focused toward the other man on the boat; the one in pajamas. It was the man known as "The Human Armory," the marine known for both his peculiar dress and his lazy mannerism. Uta didn't know of Sebastian's powers but it was clear that both would be troublesome opponents.

Kyren helped Wilfred to his feet hoping Sebastian wouldn't recognise him and try to attack him.

Wilfred ran off to his room where he sat down on the bed and thought carefully about what just happened.

Kyren smiled at Sebastian and then looked at the other man who seemed to be trying to nap, he saw he was holding on to a pillow and ignored him then smiled back at Sebastian who hadn't moved. Kyren was still waiting for Sebastian to shake his hand.
