Serious: Hooded Knights chapter 4- Whatever happens in Amazon Lily Stays in Amazon Lily

Victor tried to be as straightfoward as possible when explaining the situation. "Let's just say, they decided to celebrate on their own... drinking... in the middle of the day... in their room... intimately." Victor wanted to tell Darnel about the possible case of homosexuality among the triplets but that would spoil the mood of the party; especially since the Kujas probably didn't want to hear of the darker sides of certain men...

After the explanation, Victor gave his captain a bow. He bowed toward the empress and took a seat next to his crewmates at the table.

Mail nodded and quickly piled a tower of food onto his plate and looked up at it. When set on the floor it reached his five ft 9 height. He soon dug into the food and in a matter of three minutes he had eaten his height in food and dowing his wine. "Ahh good meal really missing out Father." Mail said looking to Darnel.

Duke stumbled out into the festivities, tying his belt around his waist as he did so. "Aw, c'mon bro! It was just getting to the interesting part!" His face was still flush, and he still seemed rather unsteady on his feet. "Aw, Captain, my bros'll be right out, they need to just dry off..." He chuckled as he swayed uneasily to the side and pointed at Victor. "I'm still soakin' because of you, bro!" He laughed and fell onto his stomach, somehow unable to function normally.

His brothers stumbled out onto the deck shortly after Duke, supporting each other with an arm slung over the other's back. "Ah, hey Darnel. Sorry 'bout this, we might've had a bit too much to drink!" Chris laughed at his brother rolling around on the floor, and he dropped down onto his rear end, bringing Connor with him. The trio simply broke down into a fit of laughter that didn't look like it could be stopped by a tornado.

Darnel heard what Victor said, but he just mentally blocked it from his mind so not to lose his sanity. It wasn't the fact they were possibly homosexual, but the fact that they were sleeping with each other that disturbed Darnel. They were brothers. Oh well incest wasn't illegal just frowned upon, so Darnel didn't have no qualms about their relationship as long as they kept it away from his sight. Darnel's stomach was growling, and Mail wasn't helping get a huge plate of food. Then he was taken back when Mail called him father. "Father? Maybe its just term Mail is using as repect for me?" Either way Darnel justs pats Mail on the back refering him as Musuko.

Then the triplest arrived drunk on the deck. Darnel shook his head "Well someone had a head start on the merry making. Oh well I'm hungry" Darnel sat next to Victor and Mail and began chowing down. The amazons looked strangely as the three men were on top of each other laughing "Maybe thats how men say hi? Lets join in!" Three amazons jumped on top of them in ball of laughing drunks.

Mail looked as the three Amazons jumped onto the triplets and shrugged patting him stomach. "Great meal." he said getting up and streching. Moving back to the hooded knights ships he grabbed his ruby red katana and strapped it to his back before moving back to the Amazon's boat. "Father why are the Amazons joining in on the triplets drunk three way?" Mail asked Darnel.

As all of the latest events unfolded, Carlos was sitting back up in the Crow's nest of the Hooded Justice. Being the helmsman meant that he was pretty much tied to his ship, but that didn't mean that he couldn't enjoy the view. The only thing that was missing for him to look like a professional pervert was a telescope. He sat back in the small nest, with his legs crossed over each other leaned on the railing of the nest, and observed the beautiful amazons that were on the Kuja's ship.

He felt that he should stay away from any close encounters with Kujas for the moment so he won't cause any inappropriate crisis to occur. He was willing to give up on his lunch to just stay there and watch the amazons some more. 'I like this mission...' he thought as he took a sip of a glass of water that he pretended to be alcoholic. 'I really do...'

The triplets laughed as the amazonian women tackled them, still rather drunk and unable to think clearly. They laughed and laughed, right up until: "Father why are the Amazons joining in on the triplets drunk three way?" The word 'father' echoed in their skulls, resonating and growing louder, drowning out Mail's other words. Their laughter abruptly stopped, and their faces were no longer flushed. Tears welled up in their eyes, and the three triplets slowly began to cry. "Father..." they each whispered with regret filling their voices. Abruptly they stood up, synchronized in their sorrow, knocking the Kuja women to the floor. The three ran back into the Hooded Justice, cowering in the kitchen and crying in a huddle.

Mail stood up feeling bad immeditaly "The mention of father sets them off. I need to be excused." he said taking off after the triplets. Following their path to the kitchen Mail opend the door finding them crying in a huddle. "Listen you three..I'm real sorry I didn't know that word was so touchy to you threee. Please accept my apology." Mail said looking down and stuttering.

After seeing the triplets' reactions, Victor immediately became a little worried that the Kuja would get an even stranger look on men than they already did. A little after Mail excused himself, Victor leaned slightly toward where Darnel was sitting and whispered, "We should probably make haste with this feast. We have a mission to carry out and I don't think the Women would be so accepting of another incident. Your thoughts, Captain?"

Darnel leaned next to Victor listening to his words. He was right they wasted enough time drinking and eating though Darnel had barely touched his food thanks to the twins "Good idea Victor. Don't want them to get angry, because that would mean getting rid of all this food." After eating six pounds of meat, five loafs of bread, and six barrels of mead, Darnel finally stopped eating after all the amazons looked at him shockingly. "Men must have big stomachs in order to consume so much food" One whispered. Darnel said "Empress, I need to know the story about this situation before my men continue."

The Empress gave Darnel a napkin to wipe the food off his face "Well the stort goes like this. My closet advisor, Scilla, wanted to go to war with the world government. She figured a government ruled by men was a constant threat to the kuja way of life, and needed to be destoryed. I on the other hand didn't want a bloody war that may destory Amazon Lily. That hore gathered an army, and used some kind of magic turning her into a giant snake. She attacked me in my sleepy forcing me and my warriors off the island. Only Scilla and her rebel army guard the island. Help me reclaim my palace, and I can take care of the rest."

Darnel looked at the empress with a stunned "You mean like this?" Darnel activated his fruit to turned into his snake hybrid form. The women of kuja just bowed before Darnel believe him to be a god of some sort.

Victor turned his head to watch the amazing spectacle. He had just witnessed his Captain's fruit ability in action and couldn't find any words to describe it. Instead, Victor just returned to his meal, as he knew that the mission was going to become a lot more interesting now that Darnel had just become a "god." He took a bite out of the roasted fowl, returning to his calm expression.

The women kept bowing before Darnel. Confused at what was taking place, Darnel asked "what is going on here?" The empress explained whispering "The kuja women don't know anything about devil fruits, due to our isolation. In fact I'm one the devil fruit user on the island, except maybe scilla. We kuja are snake worshippors, and since you are snake they think you are some kind of deity in human form. I thought they can only be one type of devil fruit." Darnel said "Well zoans are different from other devil fruits. There are different models of the snake fruit. For example my zoan allows me to turn into a king cobra, while another will allow someone else to turn into a rattlesnake"

The empress nodded "Oh that will explain everything. Well I think we better keep this devil fruit to ourselves. We don't need any of my girls getting wise."

Darnel laughed "Ah ok I see. Well let's set sail to Amazon Lily. I'm eager to see what kind of power that these women warriors have. A pleasure to meet you empress."

The empress replied "likewise."

Darnel then ordered his men to return to the ship "Carlos set sail to Amazon Lily. We have a misson to complete. Bye bye ladies."

"Aye aye captain" Carlos called from his seat up on the crow's nest. It was time to stop looking at the beautiful view of Amazon Lily and spring into action. He grabbed a rope and slid along it until he reached the surface of the ship. "Lysander's., mind helping me with direc...tions?" Carlos asked as he finally observed the drunken mess that was once known as the Lysander triplets. "Uhmmm, on second thought, maybe I'll just follow the Kuja's ship to get there..." He said as he took another glance at his currently drunken navigators.

He grasped the helm with both hands, and pulled a lever to power up the back throttle. Since the Calm Belt lacked waves and wind, ships had to travel with their own mechanisms. "Ladies first your highness" He called towards the Kuja ship, waiting for them to lead the way.

The brothers just huddled together as Mail came into the room, and they listened to his apology. "Nah... nah man, it's cool. Jus'... get on up back to the Captain, listen to him. We'll be fine... won't we, brothers?" Chris asked, and his brothers nodded. Duke then shoo'ed Mail away, as if that was that.

Mail nodded a bit and walked away and saw they were preparing to leave. "Commodore Darnel I'm going to have to fight alot when we get there aren't I?" Mail asked a bit shyly.

The empress signaled her ship to sail toward amazon lily leading the hooded knights toward their homeland. Mail had asked would he have to fight or not. Darnel answered "Unless you want to stay here on the ship, and wash the desk with a toothbrush. All marines must fight for justice. Those who don't have no business in the marines." Darnel rubbed mail's head "Don't worry I'll make sure nothing will happen you." He then turned toward Carlos "steady as she goes. We don't know what we are dealing with on that island."

Victor headed toward the back of the ship. He hadn't fought all out in a while so he just wanted to test his strength. Standing at the back, he saw a large sea king stick its head out of the water. Victor removed his gloves and got into a fighting stance. Soru Vector Lance! Victor threw a punch in the direction of the sea king. His devil fruit power, the Vector-Vector fruit, allowed him to create a vector that could be shot from any part of his body. Victor's punch was fast enough. With the added forward movement speed of his Soru, his vector shot toward the sea king at the same speed of a soru. Never seeing it coming, the sea king didn't feel a thing when the vector pierced its head through the brain. It was an instant KO. Satisfied with the result, Victor headed back to the front of the ship to stand next to Darnel.

"Yes sir" Carlos answered. He turned the helm in the appropriate direction, steering the ship to follow that of the amazons. He had to turn the engine down a little so to not run the amazon's ship over. He watched as the weird snake-like creatures carried the ship without any visible effort. What was even more impressive, was that every seaking that swam next to them a while ago was now fleeing in terror from those creatures. 'I should try and get one of those... could save us a ton of money on fuel and seastone coating...' Carlos thought.

As the hooded knights and the empress got closer to shore. Three amazons arrived out of the jungle Daisy, Rose, and Tulip. The three women took out their snake bows and fired dozens of arrows at them. The empress couldn't advance due to the dense hail of arrows. The hooded juctice was getting hit badly. "Carlos steer the ship away from fire! Snipers take down those archers. Everyone else take cover. Darnel used snake dance to dodge the arrows. He first turned into his hybrid and then used his reflexible snake body to dodge the arrows. Darnel slithered toward Mail pulling him underneath his body to protect him.

Mail looked at the arrows coming at them and took out his sword. "I can protect my self Darnel-Senpai." he said sliding under Darnel and swing his blade knocking any arrows coming his way away from him. Of corse a few strays had hit him but not caused him nearly as much pain as he had felt in his life. Once he had enough free time he took both wrist blades out and aimed carefully. Using his strength tossed the blades which embeded in two of the arrow shooters skulls and caused them to fall from they'er spots leaving only one. Mail looked at the damage he had gotten three in the right leg and one in the shoulder. Pulling each arrow out he winced slightly as blood leaked from the wounds. "One left Commodore Darnel-Senpai." he said a bit weakly.

Darnel looked with his eyes popped out and jaw down in awe. This kid was deadly. Darnel had never seen such skill in his life. Maybe he would even succeed him with some experience and proper training. "Wow maybe it should be you protecting me instead of the other way around." Darnel got up ready to fight the last archer when she retreated into the forests. The empress and the hooded knights landed unto the shore. Darnel ate a rumble ball to use his scent point to track the fleeting amazon "Follow me I can track to the amazon back to her hideout." The empress walked up to darnel injecting him with steriod hormones to increase his muscles and then energy hormones to increase his stamina "This is will help you on your quest. I cannot step any further due to my banishment, but you guys can. Dethrone my evil servant and I will sign ur treaty."

Mail watched the empress inject Darnel and nearly jumped at her with his blade drawn thinking she betrayed them then he heard her speak. Calming down and returning his blade to it's sheath he breathed in and out. "I am ready to go when ever you are Commodore Darnel-Senpai." he said his stutter starting to return.

Victor got off of the ship with the others. He couldn't kill the last archer while on the boat because she ran away just before he was in range. He took his gloves off of both hands; he was going to need both of them. "Please lead the way, sir."

The lone archer, Tulip, made it through the jungle into the palace of the new empress "My mistress, some men have arrived upon the island. The old empress has recruited help to reclaim her throne." The new empress sat on her python acting like her throne "And you failed to kill these intruders because?" Tulip bowed before her queen "I'm sorry, my queen. We tried our best but these men are very powerful we couldn't stop them." The empress looked at her warrior with no remorse or compassion "I do not accept failure nor do I try to allow failures to survive. You must pay Tulip for crimes against your queen. The punishment is death." The amazon guards held Tulip down while the empress activated her zoan power.

Meanwhile in the jungle....
The hooded knights found themselves heading toward the city throughout the jungle. It was rumored that the jungle was more dangerous than the amazons themselves. All kinds of dangerous beasts were lurking in the wilderness. Darnel followed the scent of Tulip toward the city. "Men stay close now I don't want anyone to become lost. There are many monsters awaiting for a meal"

Carlos followed Darnel. He had no way of getting out of this jungle with his poor navigation skills unless he stuck with the group. At some point he thought he heard a hissing sound from behind a bush. Fearing it was a snake, Carlos quickly pulled one of his hook swords out and prepared to behead the venomous animal. Fortunately, it appeared that the snake gave up, since the hissing stopped and nothing came out.

"How poisonous are the snakes around here?" Carlos asked. "Just out of curiosity you know". He didn't fancy getting bit while he was on the most attractive island in the world, company-wise. "They might know we're coming captain, we should watch for any ambushes. One poisoned arrow and you're done for" Carlos said, holding his palm on his neck out of reflex.
