Name in Japanese (translation): Neba Neba no Mi. (Viscous viscous fruit.)
Capabilities: Neba Neba no Mi is a rather odd fruit in its self due to having liquid properties, something that's typically a weakness to fruit users. This sort however is something known as 'non-Newtonian fluid'. A body of liquid that doesn't follow typical structural laws of physics or its own internal chemistry. As with most Logia users, the user is capable of creating nearly limitless amounts of this element.
Its powers typically have a strong hand in direct combat as the user can freely change various properties of the fluid he creates - color, transparency, chemical property and especially viscosity. The liquid can gain solid forms, thus hardening to the point of titanium, or revert to lesser viscosity levels to gain near water-like qualities. As said just earlier, it is also capable of absorbing and degrading various other fluids and objects in order to alter its properties, a basic effect of chemical compounds or mixtures. As an example of the many, if alcohol is consumed then the liquid can become flammable.
Being a liquid substance, the user tends to employ this fruit by 'morphing' into various shapes, sizes and objects. A sort of stance-like approach during combat. The liquid its self actually possesses a rather high boiling and low freezing points, allowing more resistance to said environments or effects. It's safe to drink, but only after being mixed with additional supplies of water or at least reduced heavily in viscosity so one can make sure it's more or less 'pure'. This may change depending on the various substances the fluid will mix with beforehand of course. Aside all such, being mainly a combat front-liner, this fruit can bounce and shrug off physical attacks with relative ease and little scathe while packing the punch of a hard falling wave inset by metal and evasive/mobile quality of the water it's formed from.
A few other things to note about it - due to being a compound, if coming in contact with dormant water, (The sea for instance.) though rendered immobile, while in the Logia form the fruit user will not sink and instead float on its surface much like oil - thinly plastered on it so to speak. This isn't so for Human form, and he's caught as such he will become a hammer as one can expect. The user is capable of 'regenerating' him self out of any chunks of the non-Newtonian liquid personally created so long as they're substantial enough. (Mere drops don't count, 'course. A small puddle though, they can probably work with.)
