Appearance: Cobalt stands 6ft tall and weighs 14St he has azure blue hair which is styled like a mop, his fringe ends just below his eyes which if they could be seen are grey. Cobalt casually wears nothing but white pants as he feels clothes are too restricting. Cobalt has a muscular body which is well toned. Cobalt has a black dragon tattoo trailing down his left shoulder, a roll of dynamite sticks around his right wrist, a black katana with a white edge down his back going down the middle of his back in between the wings on his back, a flame on his right index finger, two feathery wings on his back, brass knuckles tattooed on his arse under his pants, 3 fire balls on the outside of his right thigh and 3 stars on the outside of his left thigh and a classic black bomb with a lit fuse on his chest.

History: Cobalt had a hard life growing up as nowhere would hire him as he always got distracted, he kept making art out of whatever was within his grasp. Being unemployable Cobalt started doing graffiti to mark he’d been there. Cobalt was always on the run from the Marines as he always spent too much time on his art work. Cobalt was noticed by some criminals who began hiring him to do odd jobs around town and since he was unemployable he gladly did the jobs and did them well. Cobalt spent most of his life being responsible for burning people’s places down and soon blowing people’s places up as his employer taught him how to make explosives out of almost anything he could find, his employer was a scavenger with the brain of a genius but no aspiration to do anything with his life. Cobalt enjoyed doing this work as it was fun and destructive which is where his love of destruction sprouted from. At the age of 18 Cobalt had gotten his tattoos and learnt many different types of bombs to make. Cobalt’s last job was to blow up a Marine ship with an admiral aboard, Cobalt happily boarded the ship and planted bombs all around the ship but as he was escaping unnoticed he caught sight of a devil fruit and ran over to it. Cobalt had heard all about all of these and never seen one now that had the chance he ate it quickly and then threw up. It was disgusting, Cobalt jumped off the ship as it was supposed to explode. Cobalt landed on a lower deck, as he got up he rubbed his chest and found the bomb which he had tattooed on his chest was also in his hand surrounded by Marines Cobalt dropped the bomb and then jumped into the water. The bomb came from his chest set the other explosives off. Cobalt was rescued from the water as he began to drown by his employer. The ship didn’t blow up completely; it was only heavily damaged and as in need of a crew of shipwright to fix it up. Cobalt gained a bounty for this crime but it only made him happy and his artistic graffiti was found in more places around the island in more and more dangerous places.

Personality: Cobalt is a happy incredibly creative character who loves to draw and loves his tattoo just as much. He loves destruction and doesn’t care for the lives of anyone except for his friends, family and the people in charge of him, he is sarcastic allot and doesn’t care about the crime of indecent exposure, he feels free when in only his pants and hates feeling shackled by clothing. Cobalt gets on with almost anyone and is over confident. Cobalt gets easily distracted by artistic things.

Fireball throw-Cobalt grabs the fireballs on his thigh and throws them

Dragon breath-The dragon on Cobalt’s shoulder raises his head and breaths fire

Dragon silhouette-Cobalt rubs his hand over the dragon and throws him into the air and the dragon becomes alive until killed or absorbed back.

Ying yang sword-Cobalt grabs the sword from his back and uses it

Traditional bomb-Cobalt rubs his chest and pulls the bomb from his chest and throws it at his enemies or bowls it at them.

Dynamite brace-Cobalt grabs the dynamite from around his wrist and lights it one fire with the tattoo on his finger then wraps the dynamite around his enemy.

Angel slash-Cobalt uses his wings to fly into the sky and then loses them but pulls out his sword from his back to drop and slash the enemy.

Brass punches-Cobalt uses the brass knuckles tattooed on his arse by rubbing his hands then pounds his enemies with his fists.
