Serious: The Clockwork Pirates Chapter 1: Finding Nakama (This thread is now CLOSED)

Kyren nodded to her and said "Wow Cassandra thats a really pretty name" Kyren smiled "Welcome to the Clockworks pirate crew, Uta your welcome to join too, after all I can see you'd be a great addition with your sneaking skills plus I could use another swordsman, you and Ken here can train together." Kyren smiled then climbed up to the roof Wolfheart was sleeping on and picked him up gently. "Everyone just follow me!" Kyren climbed down carrying Wolfheart and tried to hold Cassy's hand as he led his newly formed crew to his ship. Kyren couldn't believe how well he'd done finding nakama on this one island. He felt proud of himself as well as excited thinking of all the adventures they would have and the time he would spend with Cassy.

"Thank you for accepting me. Hunting for pirate gets lonely sometimes. Besides, this way I get to meet more people." He stared into the sky for a moment, knowing that this was the decision that would change his life. But then a flying ship flew trough the sky and Uta lost his focus. He looked back at Kyren and raised his case so that it was chest level. "There's a violin in this case. I hope you don't mind but sometimes I like to practice. I haven't been playing quite as often for a while."

"Of course I don't mind in fact you can be the crew's musician, having songs to take our minds off our problems is important. So you'll be playing an important role as a member of my crew." Kyren smiled then though up an idea. "Hey Uta, I just came up with an idea. Why don't you compose a song for your new crew? Sort of like a national anthem for us." Kyren smiled as he tried to hold Cassy's soft gentle hand.

wolfheart was still in humanform as he was picked up by kyren and he was snuggling into his arm and he was showing affection to him like a son would to a father but he didnt kiss though he trusted kyren with his life at the moment. he transformed into a wolf form when he was really calm and he just laid in kyrens arm.

When Cid flew over the island back to the docks, he saw a few people walk towards the dog, one was getting caried, and one looked somewhat like a cat, he couldn't look for too long since he had to focus on landing the ship into the small harbor the island had.

" A song. An interesting way to say it but OK. I'll be working on something for us." The though of composing excited Uta though he didn't show it. He admired his new captain and his charisma. He looked up into the sky and again saw the flying boat streak across the sky toward the docks. "I still don't know what that thing is though. I guess we'll soon find out."

catching up ken took in the event and was suprised how much ken cared for his friends. as the group walked back to the ship he made a quick stop at his own tiny ship to pick up his supplys. joining back up with the gtroup he just walked thinking about what adventures he might have with his new crew. looking over at uta he asked "hey, i bet it sounds wierd, but have you seen a flying boat by any chance?"

"Yeah," Uta replied, "I saw it a few times today and again on our way to the ships. It was headed toward the harbor so it is probably close by."

As far as Cassy was aware, Kyren was holding her "paw" so she followed along.

Kyren felt Wolfheart turn into a wolf in his arms snuggle into his chest his fur tickled him. Kyren was also happy to be holding Cassy's hand, it may have been a paw but still he was happy. As Kyren reached their ship he saw a ship land and realised this ship must be what Ken and Uta were talking about. Kyren saw a short muscular man near it and walked over to him. "What type of ship is this?" ask Kyren unable to contain his curiosity.

"huh," ken replied. he was thankful for the fact that he didnt just imagine it, but also slightly disturbed by the fact that it was real.

Kyren now understood what it was that Ken and Uta had been talking about but couldn't believe what he was seeing, it looked so cool and he wanted to climb aboard. Although it wasn't his and he could respect the fact that it was his.

Wolfheart fell asleep in kyrens arm while in wolf form and he hoped that kyren would protect him and snuggled into his arm as he fell asleep. wolfheart needed a sleep

At that moment cid saw the harbor and made the small sloop ready to land in the water, he found a few places in the town that might be worth for taking a visit, then when he landed in the docks, he step out off the sloop and left in direction of the town

Kyren walked over to the man who climbed off of the air ship and asked "what type of ship is that you were just riding on? "

''hello there,'' cid said friendly, ''this is a miniture version of my airship I made, this is a small sloop, driven forward with propellors some good different forms of wood to make it able to fly in the air, the propellors are powered in different ways, to prolong the time this ship can fly''Cid continued, he was getting way to enthousiastic as always and told the man all the details there where about the ship

Kyren didn't understand half of what the kan was telling him but listened politly then said "so you made this yourself. That would make you a shipwright or an engineer." Kyren thought carefully about this as he wanted this man In his crew and to ride on his air ship "I'm Kyren and its nice to meet you, so what will it take to convince you to let me have a go on that air ship of yours?" Kyren asked smiling

Cid loved when people showed interest in his creations ''you could call me cid, and yes I am a mechanic a shipwright and maybe even an engineer'' he said boasting, '' oh and ofcourse I could take you on a small trip across the island, why not'' Cid did plan to go to the town, but well taking passengers was even more fun, he jumped on his small ship and yelled, ''come on then lets have a fly,''

Kyren was excited about climbing aboard and asked "what about the rest of my crew can they come too I'm sure they'd love it just as much as I would?" Kyren couldn't wait to get up in the air but wasn't sure about his crew, he didn't want to leave them all below on the ground. Kyren knew that if he left them there now they may not have the same respect for him when he got back. Plus Kyren wanted to try and convince Cid to join his crew, he needed a shipwright and this guy seemed like he could be a huge help. If he could make this little air ship just imagine what he could do to the Times Goes. Kyren turned to his crew wondering if they wanted to come along too and eventually asked "You guys want to come along too don't you?"

"I'm going to have to decline. Heights aren't my specialty." Uta never wanted to fly through the sky. He liked to know that there was always one thing in the world that was seemingly limitless. That is why he often looks up into the sky to admire it. "Don't let me stop any of you. If any of you want to ride please do so. After all, you probably wont get this opportunity again."

"Ok Uta suit yourself." Kyren laid down Wolfheart next to Uta and asked "Can you take care of Wolfheart then?" Kyren couldn't wait to get into the sky. Kyren climbed aboard the airship and awaited the rest of his crews replies as he didn't want them to feel abandoned.

astonished ken happily replied "sure." ken started climing aboard the airship, stopping he turned around and tossing an apple to uta before saying "its for wolfheart when he wakes up." done with that ken offered another one to kyren whlie he waited for the other crew members to decide if they wanted to join for a ride.

Cassy bounded into the airship, curled up and from an angle no person presently could see was under her skirt. "Nyaaaaa~ <3"

Seeing that Ken and Cassy wanted to fly to made him smile especially cause Cassy wanted to fly. Kyren hopped aboard too and said "Well Cid, lets go! Uta don't worry we'll be back soon." Kyren couldn't wait to get into the air, he figured it would be spectacular view. Kyren really hoped he could convince Cid to join, cause having a guy who could make something like this on his crew made the possibilities of what he could to the Time Goes endless.

wolfheart woke up with all the propellers around him because he was in the arms of kyren he leap off because he hated the immense noise she then started to pant because he was planning to run under the flying machine because it would have less noise there.
