Appearance: Standing at 5ft 9 and weighing 98 kg Kestrel is muscular and wears light grey overalls over a black vest with steel toe capped black work boots and light grey straight hair which hangs half way down his ears, half way down the back of his neck and half down his forehead. He has white eyes and tanned skin with forearms covered in scratches and cuts from juggling dangerous items. Kestrel has one tattoo on his body which is on his right shoulder which is feathers but only half way down the bicep all around his arm.
History: Kestrel grew up as part of a travelling circus his father was a beast tamer and his mother was an acrobat. Kestrel enjoyed watching all the shows and dreamed of being in one someday. When he was old enough he joined them in the shows, it took Kestrel a little bit of time finding out what he wanted to do as he tried doing something different to his parents. Kestrel tried fire eating but was too scared to eat the fire, tried strongman but wasn't strong enough, tried being an escape artist but got stuck. After finding nothing he could do he felt upset and sat down on night on his own throwing a ball. That night he threw the ball he realised he was good at catching things. Kestrel got more balls and began throwing them against the wall. Kestrel threw the balls into the air and managed to catch them. The next day he said he wanted to become a juggler. Four years he worked as a juggler with circus and his parents. Kestrel managed to become more risky and change to juggling knives then chainsaws. All this juggling was difficult and he endured a few cuts along the way but eventually he become a professional. He received a large amount of applause as he juggled and added variations to his act. Living his whole life in the circus nothing seemed out of the ordinary as he was around it all the time. When Kestrel was 16 he lost his father to a lion who mauled his father on stage one night during the show. Depressed Kestrel and his mother couldn't perform as they upset played on their minds too much making it difficult for them to focus and concentrate on their act. After a few months Kestrel overcame the death and his mother became an alcoholic. He tried his best to stop her drinking but couldn't. The circus eventually closed and all the performers were out of a job. With a deceased father and an alcoholic mother Kestrel left his mother in search of another job.
Personality: Kestrel is light hearted and enjoys entertaining people. It what he lives for but e also likes drinking and when he drinks he becomes more reckless than usual which is partly why his arms are cut up. When he's sober he takes more care of others and himself when he's sober and he will also often do what he can to cheer people up. He thinks of himself as the clown among people. He enjoys joking around witty people but isn't himself. But when it comes down to a fight he will willingly stand up to use his strength to make his enemy hurt themselves.
Special Abilities:
Safe hands-Kestrel has strong hands and arms he can catch and grab hold of almost anything with ease due to his years performing as a juggler in the circus.
Long distance throw-Kestrel can throw things incredibly far due to his strength used whilst juggling.
Learned Techniques
Rebound-Kestrel can catch an enemies fist or foot and force the attack back at the enemy with just as much or more power.
Redirection-Kestrel can redirect enemy attacks to use their own force against themselves or throw them in the air to use gravity to attack.
