Appearance: Jelly stands at 7 ft tall with a head like the body of a jellyfish all watery and bright purple and blue. Jelly also has a body which is muscular. Jelly’s body is made up of Jelly’s tentacles overlapped and again and again to make up body. Jelly tentacles end at his fingers and toes. Jelly wears black shorts and has a brown leather belt around his body from his right shoulder to his left hip.
History: Jelly was a member of the world government due to his tentacles being so useful for grabbing hold of almost anything and his time as a fishman made it easy for him to catch up with pirates in the sea as he is most powerful in the water. Jelly was an extremely difficult enemy to kill as he can part his tentacles when attacked and use them like hands. Spending time working for the world government Jelly was a very powerful opponent for many pirates and had taken down many in the 7 years he’d been working for them. Jelly had come across a wide variety of enemies from other fishmen to some of the most powerful devil fruit users and managed to escape with his life while the enemy didn't. After capturing for what must've been the 90th person who claimed they would be the pirate king, Jelly grew bored with facing off against these enemies who couldn't even handle the simple task of beating him. As a child he found his father the only worthy opponent he'd ever faced off against but with his life taken he vowed he'd become the strongest man in the world. With a total of 127 pirates taken down and captured Jelly began to grow bored of his work as he felt he wasn’t challenged enough and that there wasn’t anyone out in the world who was a good enough rival, so Jelly left world government to look for a worthy opponent. Jelly feared that he'd already accomplished his goal and chose to set sail on the seas to make sure out there in the world he could find someone who was worthy of him. As Jelly left he asked friends who were Cipher Pole agents to show no mercy when they ever crossed paths again in case one of them was a worthy enough rival. Jelly felt wrong asking them prove their strength to him now as they were still friends but once he left he knew the bond between him and fellow assassins would be broken.
Personality: Jelly enjoys jokes and having a good time, he is very determined with his goals but is also very laid back when it comes to a fight as he believes he is the strongest most powerful man on the planet so far out of all of the people who’ve tried to take him down have failed. Jelly is a friendly character who likes meeting new people and will happily attempt to become a friend before an enemy. He is quick to anger people without realising and oblivious to tender fragile moments and situations between people, which makes him an awkward character to have around as he's never really suffered any heartbreak of depressing things in his life. He is known for killing the moment on a number of occasions and not showing any emotions despite the fact he doesn't have any facial features.

Parting of the tentacles-When Jelly is attacked with a physical attack such as hand to hand combat, swords, bullets etc... He can move his tentacles to let them pass through

Intruder-Jelly lets his tentacles go in through his enemies orifices and fill his body making the enemy squirm in pain then disposes of them by crushing his insides.

Uselss impact-reviving a blunt blow to the head doesn't cause Jelly any pain as his head is all liquidized like the head of a jelly fish so it doesn't hurt him and he feels no pain in it.
