Appearance: Cedric is a tall skinny man with extremely smooth skin and no facial hair, he is 6 ft and also only about 60kg in weight. He wears a dark brown tweed suit and waistcoat with plain white socks black formal shoes and has very smart clean glimmering dark purple hair which hangs down just above his eyes at the front, to the bottom of his ears on the sides and the bottom of his neck at the back. He also has green eyes. Cedric wears a white shirt and a dark green tie and has a holster under his blazer which holds his pistol. Cedric has brown leather gloves and mainly wears them when writing, reading or fighting.
History: Living in Logue town in Cedric always met many interesting characters as many pirates stopped off before entering the grand line. Cedric managed to collect a huge amount of many stories from passing pirates, but then he heard other stories about grand line. Unsure of them being lie or truth He always wanted to go to the grand line to experience it and learn the truth about these tales. As Cedric’s family was well off and had a large home and many other luxuries people were jealous of an 8 year old adventure seeking Cedric decided to take the boat and try to enter the grand line on his own. Approaching Reverse Mountain Cedric looked up ahead and learnt the tale of a river that runs up a mountain was true. With the knowledge of this he decided it was either now or never, and Cedric rowed towards the entrance. The current grabbed hold of the boat as Cedric’s eyes widened with the excitement of his entrance to the grand line. As the current caught hold of Cedric’s boat it was thrown from side to side roughly, the oars snapped and Cedric realised he might not make it. Crying out for a help the boat fell to pieces and was thrown aside as Cedric was thrown down into the extremely strong current which threw him against the hard rocky pillars which were at the entrance to the grand line. Cedric grabbed hold as tight as possible fighting the current until his body ached and he could no longer hold on. Cedric was pulled from the pillar, but before he could be ripped away into the grand line a rope was cast around him which pulled him clean out of the water and he was dragged on to a large marine boat.
Cedric’s parents we’re owed a favour from the Marines and knew where Cedric had gone so they asked the Marines to rescue him. Back home Cedric became shy and no longer wanted to socialise among passersby’s in Logue town. Cedric thought if he never heard these amazing tales he’d never feel the need to go and discover the truth.
In the 8 years that past Cedric learnt from his parents that he could never escape the lure of these stories and Cedric realised he was right. Back when he was 8 he was willing lose his life to get to the grand line and now he was trying to refuse himself what could be an amazing adventure.
When Cedric was younger his mother sat him down to tell him all these tales but only now did he think about how did she know these tales? Cedric confronted her and demanded she tell him how she knows these tales. She lifted up the sleeve of her shirt to reveal a pirate crew’s tattoo. Cedric enquired about her being a former pirate and she told him it was true and that she never regretted her time with pirates or travelling the grand line. Cedric’s mother told him that it is the experience of a lifetime and it is something which MUST be done once its cast it lure over you, it’s impossible to break free until you’ve done it. Cedric’s mother revealed her whole life as a pirate to Cedric including that she was a sharp shooter and had killed many men over the years. Shortly after that conversation Cedric decided that he would do it, he would join a pirate crew, he would travel the grand line and he would live the life his mother once had. Cedric’s mother gave him her old gun placed a bag of flour on the execution platform and asked him to hit the bag from the roof of their house which was in sight. Cedric took aim and fired a shot. Cedric managed to hit it in one shot as bag exploded. Cedric learnt that he had inherited his mother’s gunman skills. In preparation for Cedric leaving Logue Town to travel the grand line his mother pointed out he would need to learn some fighting moves to survive. Luckily being friends with some marines Cedric's mother managed to convince some marine friends to train him which is where he learnt Kami-e and Shigun. Once the marines had trained him they offered him the chance to become a marine but he declined saying that he wasn't in to all that discipline and hard work.
Personality: Cedric is courageous and calm, he shows almost no expression no matter what, he enjoys reading and writing but looks for inspiration wherever he can find it. Cedric is quiet and keeps to himself a lot of the time and is obsessed with cleanliness. He enjoys being around other people but not when he’s busy reading or writing, then he can get very angry and will attack but with very little force. Inspiration may strike Cedric at any moment which is why he keeps his pockets filled with paper but sometime’s his need to write may get in the way of important things.

Special Abilities:
Laziness-Due to Cedric’s laid back lifestyle he has an incredible amount of energy to use in physical activities.

Paper vision-Cedric throws a piece of wet paper over his enemies face then the time they spend removing the paper Cedric reads them so he can get an idea of the attacks the enemy will use.
Learned Techniques
Paper shield-Cedric pulls out a wad of paper and uses it as a shield to stop physical attacks.
Paper brick-Cedric gets some about 5 sheets of paper and folds it over and over again so many times it becomes like a brick and he uses it as a brick to throw or hit people with.
Paper slash-Cedric pulls out a piece of paper and quickly folds it into a paper airplane and throws it at the enemy with extreme precision where upon impact it slices the enemy, the plane flies to attack the enemy 3 times before landing.
Shigun-Finger is used as a gun and penetrates the enemy’s body.
Blind barrage-Cedric memorises the position of his enemies and throws a pile of paper towards the enemy then withdraws his pistol and quickly fires a near lethal shot at each of them.
Paper bullet-Paper is wrapped round Cedric’s finger and he uses Shigun when he does it the paper is inserted into the enemies’ body through the injury. (Depending how many sheets of paper there are wrapped around the finger depends on the amount of damage.)
Kami-e-Cedric's body goes all limp in order to avoid attacks and floats about like a loose piece of paper.
