Appearance: In his current state, Icarus is a floating mist shaped like a human being. After eating the Yomi Yomi No Mi, Icarus gained a chance to reclaim life after he was killed, but since he never managed to relocate his old body, he is stuck in his current ghost state. He is white colored, and releases a weak neon-green glow. As a result of spending so many years in this ghost state, Icarus managed to manipulate his form a little bit, making able to reshape his default cloud form and assume more humane forms. Icarus tends to wear many disguises, most of them are meant to make whoever sees him experience some effect, like embarrassment or lust. This is done by taking the forms of beautiful men and women, sometimes naked, sometimes fully clothed. His default state is a young man, aged 30, with a messy hair and a vest that is covered with oil stains. He is legless most of the time, with a ghost tail replacing his legs as he floats around, but he can posses legs if he wishes.
History: Icarus was born on a rather large island in the North Blue. His father was a master shipwright, and was employed by the marines to fix and take care of their ships while they were docking at the island. Icarus, who naturally took interest in his dad's job, helped his old man in the shipyard, and learned the ways of shipwrights.
Icarus' life changed when a new model of marine ships was imported to the North Blue. The marines of the island left their ships in the shipyard and moved to the next big thing. Icarus' who was just a young boy then, couldn't believe that these people would give up on such big and cool toys. He asked his dad to let him have one ship before he sold the others, and his dad agreed, giving him one of the old marine ships to mess with.
The young and talented Icarus worked on his ship for days and night, for months and years, always tempering with it, upgrading it with parts his father gave him, and after many hard years of work, inherited his father's shipyard after the old man retired.
Davy Jones' Locker, as he called it,, was his greatest master piece, an amazing piece of engineering, filled with traps and secrets that made Icarus the only man who could operate it correctly.
One day, when Icarus was 30 years old and was running his shipyard, came across a mysterious fruit that was left behind in one of the marine ships. The hungry shipwright ate the fruit, That had no visible effect on him. He kept working for a few days until the marines came to the shipyard. They asked Icarus if he saw any fruit int heir ship when he was fixing it and he said he didn't, fearing he might have made a huge mistake. The marines didn't buy it and drew a seastone gem. After they touched him with it, Icarus became visibly weaker, making his lie expose. The furious marines stabbed Icarus, killing him on the spot. His body was taken to their base to try and figure out what fruit they just lost.
Icarus, now a wondering ghost, couldn't repossess his body and chose to possess the closest thing he had to a body: Davy Jones Locker
Personality: Since he can't eat, sleep, drink or do any kind of physical activity in his ghost state, Icarus is usually stuck in a deep pile of boredom. This boredom leads him to look for his entertainment, and what is a better entertainment than the fools who sail his ship?
Icarus enjoys messing with whoever sails his ship, leading them into traps, wearing different forms to trick them and make them as uncomfortable as he wishes. His male hormones are still circulating in his ghost form, and since he is completely immune to slaps, he usually haunts the female bedrooms at night, for his share of manly fun.
He is very stubborn, and convincing him to stop harassing you is extremely difficult, but he has one weaknesses. Without people to scare, he can't scare anybody. So, if one would threaten him that he'll leave his ship, Icarus might pretend it makes him happy, but he will definitely do anything to prevent that man from leaving him, or he'll remain lonely. His other weakness is the result of his pranks. If a prank target ignores his pranks, and does get scared or angry, he can become clinically depressed.
Even though he seems impossible to deal with, Icarus can be serious at some occasions, and is capable of liking different people. If he likes you, you can trust him to help you out if he can, but you can be certain that he'll keep messing with you.

Effect: After dying, the user assumes a spiritual state and is allowed to locate his body, repossess it, and return to life, regardless of the body's current state.
Special Abilities:
Form Manipulation: After spending many years in his current ghost state, Icarus can control his form, allowing him to assume any form he wishes. He can control his coloration, his clothing, his gender, his race, his physics, and every other aspect of his appearance without any effort. This can also allow him to turn invisible.
Ghost Powers: As a ghost, Icarus can pass through solid objects, except for seastone and seawater, as if they weren't there. He can float and fly at speeds that match the average speed of a running man.
Complete Knowledge of Davy Jones' Locker: Icarus spent his life building the ship and was haunting it from the day he died, making him the only person who can navigate in it without any help. He knows the ship like the back of his hand, every trap door, every secret room, every loose plank, every free bolt, anything out of everything. Navigating through the ship is extremely difficult and possibly dangerous without his help and trying to mess with the ship is twice as hard.
