Appearance: Wako has a very big red nose which he purposely shows off, he has White make up that covers his face, his Clown Lip stick is Black, his eyes have weird marks going down from them that he himself painted on himself. His hair is Pink and short, it has spiky tips spread out around it making it look more messy then it really is. His clothes usually consist of an over sized Pants that look like you could fit 3-4 people in it.. which you probably could,It resembles a bowl somewhat. has Big red shoes and white cloves which he always wears. His shirt.. he rarely wears a shirt but when he does they are colorfull, as well as his clothes, usually being a different color every day but the same style. Has a big top hat with a purple flower in the middle of it, the hat is black. His height is 5'8 and weight is 140 pounds, looks fairly strong but not exaggerated.

History: Since Wako was born he was nothing but trouble for his family, spilling everything and usually ending up in a fight with every relative in the family, at age 9 he ran away from home after being kicked out.. at least that's what he says to keep his pride going. In that occasion he turned himself into his own man and fended up for himself, usually ending up in fights on the streets, by this time he had also learned that he was a natural driver for Boats, it was also in this time that he learned that his kicks were a lot more powerful then his punches, learning this he trained using his legs for the rest of his free life, in the process of training he met an inventor that decided to adopt him while he was 10, he taught him the valuables of every scrap of metal and even went as far as too have given him his last name, Mcwickey. Wako by the age of 14 was creating his own inventions but was bad with names so he simply called them what they were. Wako was happy that he was allowed to experiment with chemicals as well, inventing a slippery chemical that was flammable among other things, by this time he had learned many techniques with his foot as well. One day he decided to leave his house, telling his father that he was going to have some 'fun' in the world, the father being obviously careless simply waved to him (Funny moment). Wako then decided to live out his life as a clown, eventualy becoming a pirate that annoyed the government any way he could, weather it was a prank mushi mushi on their personal Military channel, or painting their ships with pranking paint, painting things like, "If you can read this then you are smarter then a Marine". The marines got tired of his insolence and put a bounty on his head, after he killed a few marines when he was cornered. Making a mockery of the marines by den den Mushi he interfered with an important channel and chalenged the marines to try to catch him.. which they did shortly after. Looking at the Marine reports it said they only sent out 1 ship to capture him and they all returned with but 2 men injured. In reality they sent 3 ships, the one that returned was the one that attacked after he was tired. He was sentenced to live the rest of his life in Level 3 Impel Down, before the incident they found out that he had tried to perform in children parties and ended up hurting civilians with his expiraments, after listening to this they decided to put him in Level 3. They then learned of his past when he used to steal Marine ships and of course, crash them into anything that was conveniently in the water at the time, he was sentenced to life in Level 3 Impel Down.

Personality: Is a very safe driver when he is sober, although he is still crazy he is much more aware of the dangers around him when he is not with liquor on his body. If a cup of liquor touches his lips he instantly turns into a driving maniac, going into a crazy moment where anything is possible in his mind, taking unnecessary risks and occasionally sinking ships, this is usually a mood you want him in only if you are being chased by someone else. His biggest fear is too die without ever having fun in life, allways laughs and makes unnecessary jokes to every situation he is involved in making most situations worse. He is allways in a good mood and overall hates being drunk do to the bad hangover he gets afterwards, his hangovers are at least 3 times as bad as any normal persons. When he gets drunk he gets a sick obsession with danger. Cant fight unless he is drunk. Gets drunk after instantly drinking a cup of alcohol.

Learned Techniques (Keep it 1-25):
-Liquor kick: Sends a very powerfull kick while lunging himself forward.
-Bottle opener: Wako makes a devastating kick to the side of the face.
-Wine Deluxe: Sends a barrage of kicks towards his opponent after jumping in the air.
-Spinning tequila: Wako puts both his hands on the ground and spins around in a fast manner, usually if the oponent is hit by the kick he is sent flying. The user can move around using his hands.
-Clown Face: Sends several kicks aiming at the opponents face.
-Margarita Spin: Sends a kick while in the air spinning forward.
-Vodka Time: Sends a very strong kick to the stomach, usually having the rocks around the area move from the shock wave.
-Beer shuffle: Sends a kick to the opponents leg trying to trip him, powerful enough to send a grown 350 pound man to the ground.
-White Russian festival: Wako attempts to use his fists to punch the opponent several times.
-Moonshine and happiness: Wako uses his legs to send shock waves towards the enemy, effectively blowing away the people in front of him, if he has the swords on his boot this attack sends air slashes at the opponent instead.
-Alcohol Takeover: Wako tenses his muscles on his left leg to make his attacks 4 times as powerfull, but will suffer great numbness and strain after 5 posts of using it, he can not walk with it since every attack he makes (or step) is automatically more powerfull then the amount of strength he puts in it, so every step he makes will push him farther then normal. After using the attack Wako cant walk with his leg, since it is numb that leg will be worthless throughout an entire day in the thread, 2 days if he uses it entirely for 5 posts.

Upgraded his bounty to 35,000,000 need re-approval, reasons for doing so are because he escaped Impel-Down (he was a prisoner) and he beat up one of the bosses in level 5, doing alot of damage to the Giant wolfman (on steroids it seemed), and defeating an opponent in level 4 with a high bounty.
