Appearance: Dio is a 174 cm tall guy. He has black middle hair. His eyes are dark green. He has a muscelar boy and strong arms. Dio wears most of the time black clothes, he has black boots with long black trausers. He sometimes has a black jacket but most of the time has nothing under the jacket. His clothing is actually very simple

History: Early life - Dio was born on Drum Island, its a island where all the time snow falls and its really cold. When he was born his mom died and his dad didnt wanted to take care for him so cared about Dio for less then 1 year and then throwed him somewhere before the doors at night. For a 1 year old child to be on the cold the whole night was a little hard. Still in the morning the people take Dio and care for him til lthe age of 5 years, then they didnt want him too so Dio went out of the town and lived in a house on the other side of the island with and old guy.
He liked the old guy more then his father or the people he was living with later. He lived with the old guy till the age of 14. When Dio was 14 years old he went to sea he wanted to be a adventurer and a brave good fighter.
Devil Fruit - Because he was alone on the sea he lived with stealing. So he stole a Devil Fruit from some travalers on the sea. While he was stealing they saw him and beat him down as much as they could Dio was near dead, he knew that he will die still he knew that he stoled a Devil Fruit from the travalers and they didnt knew that yet. Right when they wanted to from him overboard, he took the Devil Fruit from under his jacket and ate it. The travelers went crazy and pucnhed him in the stomach and turned him around so he would spill out the DF but it was to late, without even controling himself Dio started to use the Devil Fruit powers and drained all the travelers in the dakrness when he got more experienced with the Devil Fruit he throwed them back out and beat them down all to dead. He has stole their ship and traveled on the Grandline alone with quite a big ship, still he could protect the ship and drive it alone thanks to his Devil Fruit powers.
Bounty, Impel Down - With his power Dio could make a lot of crazy stuff and destroyed a lot of marines ship so he could steal and live. WHile destroying this ships the marines gave him a small bounty on his head, after realizing which Devil Fruit the 18 years old guy had they made a way bigger bounty on his head just for the case. Many have tried to capture him but most of them failed. But still there was a marine fleet who captured him with a lot of dirty seastone trick and brought him to Impel Down if they would ever need his strong powers. He was taken to Impel Down by the age of 22 Now he is in Impel Down for 2 years and is 24 years old. He is hoping that he will be able ever to escape.
Personality: Dio doesnt likes to talk, he most of the time says nothing or does nothing. When he has to fight he fights but does it in a evry simple way. He likes to drink beer but drinks it just when he has it, but actually doesnt like to eat. If people aks him something or are talking with him he most of the time ignores them, still that doesnt mean he doesnt like them. For people he cares, he does all and doesnt matter if it means death. He likes to keep in dark places and out of sight.

Dark Valley - The valley turns black, From a sunny day the most darkfull night can be shown. Still how dark the area is decided Dio by himself. If he wants to use it as an advantage he makes it so dark nobody can see, if he just wants to look cool he makes it just a little darker and creepier, but the point of this attack is that the floor is covered full with darkness and that mean all whats on the floor is drained in actually ''nothing'' still this nothing is darkness, all what was drained in to the dakrness stays there until Dio doesnt decide to throw it back out. This can be done also with living things not just objects, also with people. Then Dio can throw them out of the dakrness when he wants. Well the word Dark Valley Dio uses in 2 situiations.
When he is covering the floor into darkness which pulls objects inside, or when he makes a dark so called ''cloud''... When you are standing in the cloud you have the same felling as standing in a night.
Black Hole - Dio can with the help of darkness drain everything. But also he can pull stuff in the area. It looks like some wind is trying to drain them to the shadow center.
This is not just the darkness doing its also using of the gravity which the dakrness can manipulate. As longer he uses this techique as stronger the pull is, untill all the objects or people cant hold on anymore and getting pulled through the air in to the dark center.
- Dio eventually learned to use the Black Hole even better as he did before. He can now decide on what the gravity will drain.. So it doesn't drains anything that's around anymore. It can focus on one target and drain it. Also.. There doesn't need to be one ''Black Hole'' anymore. He can create more shadow spots that will drain in. And yet again the ''Black Hole'' doesn't need to be a normal hole. Dio can shape on how the ''Black Hole'' will look like. In this cases he uses the word ''Black Hole'' and adds the word which represents the shape he made. Mostly I'ts a devil. Exp: ''Black Hole Devil''
Dark Armor - Logia attacks on Dio can be drained into the dark, so that means if he is on fire the darkness can drain the fire away, thats also works with ice, posion, magma etc. Still attacks like bullets and swords hurt Dio twice as much they normally would, offcourse just if Dio doesnt find any ways to dodge or block them.
Dark Touch - This techique works just on living things like people and plants. What it does is it can drain anything from the living object, for instance he can drain the Devil Fruit power. He can drain the enemy's DF power. So after touching a DF user. The user can not make his power work anymore. It actually has the same effect as seastone for Devil Fruit users.
Anyways there are 2 actual techiques hiding under one name. The other effect is when Dio punches someone or kicks or anything like that. The darkness kinda sucks the power of the enemy and the punch is 3x stronger as if it would be normal. Also if Dio touching a person for a long time he can drain his power and make him completly powerless and not even being able to stand.
Dark Spike - Dio is now able to create even solid darkness.. As in this case he creates a spike which is hard and sharp. When the spike pierced somebodys body it also drains his DF powers away if he has some. The spike is being created from a smoky into a solid darkness.. However Dio is able to change it back to smoke-liquid darkness if he wants.
