History: Shi-the Kolasarc was a man without morals, a man who wished to gain power. When he was a child he did not have any friends and the same thing happened when he was a teenager. Afterwards, he joined the World Government in order to train and become a powerful agent and so he managed to learn a few of the Rokushiki movements. At the age of 17 he was a strong member of the government and he did anything possible in order to rise up higher in the ranks and get more power. His dream was to become a member of the Gorosei and he was willing to do anything to achieve that. However, one day in one of his missions, because of the fact that he seeked to perform his missions better than the other agents did, he blew his cover and he failed in the mission. Since then the Government started chasing him, blaming him for the failure of the mission and calling him a fool. For years, he was being chased by many Government members and during various encounters with them, he has managed to kill 4 of them up until now fairly easily while avoiding as many as possible. Despite those events, though, Shitta still has faith in his Government. He started believing that if he proves himself to the Government as a pirate, he might be asked to become a member of the Seven Warlords of Sea. That way, he will be able to regain back his position as a member of the Government and start working for them once again...

Personality: Shi-the Kolasarc is a man who is not afraid of anything and he likes to battle. He is training himself most of the time and he is obsessed with fighting. This passion of his is what led to him being kicked out of the Government. Apparently, he has a tendacy to say that he is only using 1%-10% of his maximum strength so that he will intimidate his opponents. Moreover, he may sometimes use his techniques for no reason just to show off. Finally, he is so arrogant to the point that he claims that he is the strongest person in the world. Whenever he gets to fight somebody, he will tell a story about how he destroyed a pirate crew from the inside, or he will say how he EASILY defeated 10,000 marines with one attack. These things sum up the personality of Shitta...

-Soru
-Geppou
-Tekkai
-Gekkai: Gekkai is a combination of Geppou and Tekkai. While Shi-the is on the air by using Geppou, he uses Tekkai to harden his body and fall on his enemies with extreme power, to cause great damage. If the attack makes an impact with the ground, a huge hole is created most of the times.
-Teru: Teru is a combination of Soru and Tekkai. Despite the fact that most Rokushiki users are unable to use Tekkai while moving, Shi-the's mastery is his Tekkai and he has mastered it to the point that he can use it while moving. As a result, he moves shiftly with a hardened body and performs shift punches on his enemies.
-Tekkai Kick: Tekkai Kick is a very strong kick. Shi-the hardens his leg with his Tekkai and so he increases its strength, making it capable of breaking boulders.
-Sokkai: Sokkai is another combination of Soru and Tekkai. However, this one is much different than Teru. By hardening his legs to the maximum while using his Soru, Shi-the drills the ground and is able to move inside it. This technique is often combined with his Tekkai Kick and so it usually ends up with Shi-the appearing from below of his enemies with a kick. It's a technique that is mostly used for dodging.
-Soru Kick: Soru Kick is one of the most powerful techniques that Shi-the has in his disposal. The technique looks like it is one kick, while in fact it is ten kicks at the same time. It looks weak, while it isn't. By using his Soru with the leg that is attacking, Shi-the swiftly kicks his enemies ten times.
-Teru Kick: Teru Kick is the upgraded version of Soru Kick. By using Tekkai to harden his leg, Shi-the performs an even more powerful Soru Kick. In fact it is ten Tekkai Kicks at the same time.
