Appearance: Oliver is about 5'8 with a nice medium build. He has curly black hair with a top hat on top. Oliver has brown eyes hidden behind his purple shades. He has thick sideburns which connects to his brown. His attire includes a brown suit with a white shirt tied together with a red tie. There is a special made four gun holster across his chest. He carries a cane in his right hand which acts like a hidden rifle and also a blunt weapon.

History: Oliver was born on Ilusia where he was oldest out of a family of six. They lived in the slums of the kingdom where mostly criminals and the homeless lived. His dad had left them at a young age and his mom was crippled due to a mugging. Oliver at the age of twelve had to provide money for his mother and three brother and two sisters. Living in the slums proved to be difficult as Oliver was too young to get a job, so he had to find other ways of employment. Oliver at first became a pitpocket stealing from unsuspecting people which is ironic because that is what happened to his mother. Oliver proved to be a great theif bringing home at least 100 beli a week. It wasn't much but it was enough. Then Oliver at fourteen made a mistake of stealing from a notorious pirate captain. The pirate immediately caught Oliver determined to cut off his hands. In order to save himself, Oliver took a pistol had stole awhile back to end the pirate's life. The death of the pirate gave Oliver a bounty reward of 15,000,000. Not bad for his first catch. Oliver used the money to move his family out of the slums near the place where the nobles lived. The house was bigger and the neighborhood was much safer. Oliver then became a bounty hunter. At first he just hunted petty criminals gaining low bounties just to get by. Then as he grew so did his greed for the finer things in life. Oliver began buying expensive clothes, jewelry, and weapons putting him dept in 100,000,000 beli. He barely had enough to cover the house morgage. Oliver used the last of his money to travel aboard collecting bounties from all over the world. His reputation grew at the age f 25 from taking down small bounties to larger ones numbered in 40,000,000 beli. Soon Oliver was able to cover his depts, but now with siblings grown up now Oliver had no one to support. His mother passed away some time ago while he was away. Oliver began searching for a crew to join...

Personality: Oliver is a laid back guy who can found reading poetry or reading a book of sorts. As his nickname suggests, Oliver is very kind and cultured compared to other bounty hunters. He puts great a great amount of time on being well dressed and presentable to other people before even going out to hunt for criminals. Oliver also stresses about manners which can be annoying at times. His motto is just because we hunt pirates doesn't mean we have to act like indicting a smug superior attitude. Oliver also has no real sense justice brought on by tough childhood. He only hunts pirates because its the only way that he can make a living legally. If it wasn't for the fact that he would hunted down as a criminal for the rest of his life Oliver would have choosen a life of piracy. His calm gentle demeanor is just a ruse to trick pirates into thinking he is harmless which is big mistake. Oliver is a very talented sniper and is very proud of his record of never letting a criminal go.
