Effect: The power bestowed upon the person that ate the Devil Fruit is a supportive one. The power grants the user the ability to see people's auras and eventually influence them, both in good and bad ways. The user is able to boost his own or an ally's stats by means of altering ones aura. He can also diminish someone's stats by altering someone's aura. This is always a temporary effect and 'debuffing' someone's stats is only applicable if the enemy's Endurance-percentage is lower than the user's Devil Fruit-percentage.

10%: Able to see the aura of people around him, also useable in the dark.
20%: Able to buff himself and allies by increasing strength & speed by 5% each for a duration of 2 posts
30% Able to debuff an enemy for 10% in any given stat for a duration of 2 posts if his/her endurance is lower than the DF user’s Devil Fruit%
40% Able to buff himself and allies by increasing any given stat by 10% for a duration of 3 posts
50% Able to place 2 buffs or debuffs simultaneously on someone
60% Able to debuff an enemy for 16%, divided over 2 stats, for a duration of 3 posts
70% Able to buff himself and allies by increasing their stats by 16%; divided over 2 stats, for a duration of 3 posts
80% Able to debuff an enemy for 20% in 1 given stat, for a duration of 4 posts
90% Able to buff himself and allies by increasing 1 stat by 20% for a duration of 4 posts
100% Completely mastered his DF and is able to place 3 buffs or debuffs on anyone at a given time.
Notes:
The buffs/debuffs can only be applied twice / thread and with a 8-post interval at least.
The Endurance of the enemy must be lower than the DF-% of the user for the debuffs to work.
